The short sandy beach path is right out the front door. The home has ocean views and peaks of the river to the rear. View both sunrises and sunsets on this end of island. 9 blocks from the vibrant , eclectic center of town is where you'll find local cafes, restaurants, stores, bars and the pier.

Welcome to Camp Folly, y’all! We’re back and better than ever — renovated and refreshed from top to bottom, with all-new everything and the cozy touches you’ll need to feel right at home. Camp Folly’s in a perfect spot — just 10 minutes to Folly Beach or downtown Charleston. Stick close and you’ll find island pubs, a pizza joint, and Starbucks just down the road. One note: the house sits on a semi-busy side street. And while we love our furry friends, we’re no longer able to host pets.

We're right in between historic downtown Charleston and the eclectic Folly Beach. We designed the Hideaway to be the a rustic little haven that anyone can call their own. The home is part of a duplex located in the center of James Island. There are 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds and 1 bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware. There is a small back patio outside the sliding glass doors in the living room. The private driveway can accommodate 2 cars.
