Pleasant stay, a lovely home and a great time! Would stay again! They quickly responded to messages and were very accommodating!!

Greg’s house worked great for our family trip to Colonial Williamsburg! It was just a short drive away. Very easy to get to. Greg did a great job communicating and making sure we have everything we needed.

Charlene is a wonderful and very responsive host. This was our second time staying there when we visit Williamsburg. The location is great and only a few minutes from everything. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Accessible to all that williamsburg has to offer. close to gas stations, groceries, homemade donuts, and a diner!! the space was so perfect for our family. we really appreciated having our own rooms and my 13 year old loved the privacy of the bed tent. thank you so much for sharing your space. we hope to return next year!!!

We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The house is roomy, plenty of places to sit, including a big comfy couch and nice big securely fenced in yard. Which my big dog really loved, and so did we! We were able to enjoy our morning coffee while he ran off some energy. Location is great, easy access to Williamsburg where our son goes to college. As well as all the other attractions the area has to offer. We would definitely stay again. I only wish I had found it sooner!

We had a great stay! The house was clean ans quiet, and the kitchen had all of the essentials you would need (spices, condiments, etc.). The house is close to all of the major attractions/downtown Williamsburg! The deck and fenced-in backyard were perfect for our toddler and pup!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Little House for our Christmas vacation. It was like staying in a bit of history while we explored Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. The location was smack-dab in the middle of everything we wanted to see making it super convenient. Spence was a very responsive and helpful host, making himself available if needed. We always have to travel with our special needs house chicken due to her deformity and hand-feeding requirements, which can make finding a property and understanding host challenging. Spence was completely understanding and treated her like any other pet asking us to just keep her off the furniture. We would absolutely stay again if we visit the area.

Really big house decorated with very cool antiques. Plenty of room and everything you need to feel at home. The host is amazing so helpful and is prepared for your situation. Highly recommend this country mansion style house.

All was good. Not the original place we booked. The new location was just as great or better. There was a short and uncomfortable “request to take a time share tour” speech I had to listen to. Other than that, it was great place to stay and the agent was very responsive. Thank you.

This condo is beautiful (the pictures don't do it justice!), and is located in a very private and absolutely gorgeous location. Mike is an excellent host, very responsive, and always available. He went above and beyond during our stay, including accommodating a (very early) check-in request, and offering help with restaurant reservations and bike rentals. We had a great time, and cannot wait to come back!

Elizabeth was awesome! She also came through quickly and at the last minute for us to have a place to stay. We were not disappointed, her place was clean and everyone at the resort was pleasant and treated us well. I would definitely be happy to stay again the next time we r in town! Gayle’s place was a great location to stay at with our dog!!! Great neighborhood to walk him in and the marina/beach is an added bonus! Gayle was very communicative and check in was easy. The space of the condo was great for a family and large dog! We will definitely be staying again!

Very nice place. The unit has everything you need. Is close to the city. Robert was very helpful. We don’t used the facilities and did not go to the activities for being short time but they have a lot. Great place.

a perfect stay to experience Christmas in Williamsburg

This was a great place for a weekend In Williamsburg. Lots of comfy beds, functional kitchen, plenty of places to sit and chat.
