Great location in Hilton Village! Leah was very proactive and helpful and the space was perfect! It had all the amenities we needed, and more!

Great place and location. Already have another stay booked here. Love the layout. Upstairs unit. And downstairs is a little oyster bar. Shawn was a great host.

This condo is beautiful (the pictures don't do it justice!), and is located in a very private and absolutely gorgeous location. Mike is an excellent host, very responsive, and always available. He went above and beyond during our stay, including accommodating a (very early) check-in request, and offering help with restaurant reservations and bike rentals. We had a great time, and cannot wait to come back!

Very nice space. Perfect team for our family. Bathrooms were different but right next to each other. Be prepared to walk up stairs to the main level. Plenty of room.

Amy and Andy are excellent hosts! I had so much fun. I was just a little disappointed in the wi-fi/internet connection but Andy is doing his best to correct it. This is my second time staying here and I will be coming back! I highly recommend it!

Our family had a wonderful stay! Very beautiful location. The house was lovely inside and had plenty of space. We loved the windows in the sunroom looking out at the river. We spent a lot of time at the dock enjoying the river.

Charming, well-kept and well- equipped, 100- year old home. Quiet neighborhood with a few solid dining options in easy walking distance. Very clean throughout with comfortable bedding. Easily understood directions provided in communications and welcome book at the home. All as listed!

A lovely and quiet location. The home’s design works very well, with the two bedrooms on separate floors, each with a comfy full bathroom. Wish it was not so cold or we would have used the fine second floor porch.

Absolutely beautiful overlook to the water from the entire rear of the house. Huge deck with plenty of seating and things to do. The inside is very spacious and had plenty of room for our group. We would visit again in the future without hesitation!

We wanted a girl's weekend and this was a great place. Yorktown is lovely and we enjoyed being able to walk along the river. It was also a great jumping off place for Williamsburg and other sites in the historic triangle. The home itself is large, with lots of alone space and we loved each having our own ensuite. In spite of being next to the bridge over the river, it was very quiet.

Very nice place peaceful. We enjoyed the balcony. The place was close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay wle will definitely be back. The steps where a little to much but great overall.

We visit Williamsburg often and have stayed in many different vacation properties. Gayle’s is one of the best so far! It was warm and welcoming, family friendly, she even left a cookie decorating kit for us! The kitchen had lots of extras, coffees, teas, hot chocolates, condiments, even a few snacks. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the showers had great water pressure. Sliding glass doors in two of the bedrooms and living room opened onto small decks with a view onto the tennis courts. The property was fun to explore and the kids had a blast on the playground and down at the small beach (a ten minute walk). I got a massage at the resort and highly recommend if you have time for some pampering during your stay. We had an issue with the dishwasher (it is a smarter/fancier appliance than I was used to) and Gayle was immediately responsive talking me through it & offered on site help if needed. Checkout was simple & easy, no long list of tasks. We just felt relaxed and welcome!

Gayle’s place was a great location to stay at with our dog!!! Great neighborhood to walk him in and the marina/beach is an added bonus! Gayle was very communicative and check in was easy. The space of the condo was great for a family and large dog! We will definitely be staying again!

This is one of my favorite AirBnBs by far!! The value for the price cannot be beat. Lots of little touches to make the house feel like a home and the place is immaculate! Beautiful view of a lake from the balcony and close to a number of amenities if you choose to participate. We have a child and it was nice to be across the street from the playground! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Gayle was an excellent host! She was great with communication and answered me almost immediately when I asked questions. The place was immaculate. And the bed and pillows were one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
