Lovely setting, spacious and clean. Parking right outside the door which made it easy to load luggage. The property offers many activities, especially for families. Location was central to all the places we went. I would definitely book this place again.

Elizabeth was very proactive and responsive to my inquiries. The place and location were great and as described, clean, modern and updated. I would highly recommend and I would stay again. FYI - parking in front of the building is limited because it is shared with other building; however, there is additional parking around the corner with a short walk.

It was an amazing experience, I loved the accommodations. The set up was nice, they had the fire pit out. We had a peaceful stay. It was really convenient having all the fooderies near us. The rooms were very lavish I loved the tub most of all.

This unit is perfect for a quiet little getaway. Perfect size for a couple who likes the peace and quiet and just needs some time alone. The staff at the registration office is polite and friendly. There were a lot of people using the pool. The fire pit near the office is a nice addition to the stay. The location is convenient to everything you need. This is a wonderful place to go to enjoy some one on one time with someone special. Elizabeth is always there for you if needed and reaches out to you to make sure your stay is above and beyond what you expect.

Super happy to have stayed at Michael's place for our Busch Gardens weekend. This was our 1st airbnb and Michael made it a great experience. From the start, Michael was very timely in his responses and his communications were helpful and friendly. Check in was easy, even at 10:00pm and we found Michael's place to be perfectly clean and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great and fun stay! Important to know ahead of time it is a timeshare so there are more regulations than a typical airbnb but it did not dampen the experience!

The resort is very centrally located. Unit was actually more quiet than expected. There was a party in another building but it did not disturb us when we decided to go to sleep.

Very clean,well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lots to do within the resort and very close to Williamsburg (10 minute drive). We didn’t want our mini vacation to end. We will definitely be back. Very responsive host. Highly recommend.

It is located in a resort with lots of services & activities & staff to assist. They gave advice on sites to see & how to best get to them. And restaurants and shopping. I used it as a base for sightseeing by car & it is located at the edge of town with good access to roads. The unit was super clean & fully featured including an easy to use washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. And very spacious. It is on the 2nd floor with elevator giving more privacy. Lots of parking.

We had a great stay! Elizabeth was very easy to communicate with and her instructions and the property description were very clear and accurate. We were initially a little hesitant to book at a time share property, but we had no issues at check in and did not feel pressured at all to attend any sales pitch. I got a text the day after check in asking if I wanted to attend and offering some reward, but I just ignored it and that was that! Great location, very quiet area and just a short drive to anything you'd want to see in Williamsburg. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, and nice amenities. We would happily stay again!

Brooke is amazing! Communication was excellent. She reached out prior to our trip with important information and check in details. She reassured me if I needed anything not to hesitate to contact to her. I would highly recommend Brooke and would definitely book with her again. We had a wonderful stay!

We were here for my son‘s soccer tournament for two nights. Everything was good. Everybody enjoyed it. Ryan was very communicative when we needed to get a hold of him overall we would return.

Maxx was a fantastic host, we had a large group and the space accommodated us well. There was a conflict with our first booking but Maxx went above and beyond to fix it and made our stay enjoyable.
