You couldn't ask for a better host than Juan. This is a huge home for a large family or two couples with all the necessities. If you enjoy pickleball, it's half a block away! Everything is virtually within a 10-20 min walk - so no car is necessary unless you want to explore further. With the perfect weather we spent most of our waking hours on the patio and couldn't have asked for a more relaxing environment, apart from the music from the hotel on the lake on weekends - though probably not an issue for most who don't go to bed at 9 😉 My wife and I spent 2 months here, and we're still trying to figure how the time went by so quickly. You will not regret choosing this wonderful home to explore the uniqueness that Ajijic offers, and that is from a couple that have traveled extensively around the world.

Es un lugar muy bonito para descansar y más porque íbamos con niños. Lo único malo fué que un día después llegaron unos vecinos que querían poner música para todos los vecinos y eso es molesto y más de noche . aunque creo que otros vecinos se quedaron porque después de las 10 pm bajaban su volumen

Fue una estancia muy cómoda, en una casa muy bonita, limpia y amplia, tiene todo lo necesario en la cocina y habitaciones. Está muy cerca del centro, por lo que puedes ir caminando. Rogelio contesta todas las preguntas rápido y es muy amable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the B&B. It is not very close to town so if you want to go into town there are options - you need to take a taxi or get a rental car.

Margaret’s home was absolutely amazing! It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta as a family, and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and local shops. Carmen and her husband Fidel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. They helped us book incredible activities and were always eager to assist with anything we needed. Carmen’s cooking was a highlight—every meal was delicious and made with so much care. The pool was a hit with the kids—they practically lived in it! We spent so much quality time together as a family by the pool, which made our trip even more special. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta!

Estaba muy bien por qué fuimos a una fiesta por la zona, el fraccionamiento está Justo a lado de los outlets, lástima que no hubo chance de ir de compras, todo estuvo muy bien y siempre me respondieron cuando necesite ayuda.

Wonderful place in a great location. Very clean. You have to walk up a lot of stairs but worth it. The only thing I would suggest is an air conditioner because it gets very hot, also a long mirror. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. The communication was quick. Very professional. It’s also a very big space.

I loved this sweet apartment so close to the Malecon. The comfy furnishings and colorful art made me feel so at home. Only issue was consistent hot water. Communication and response time with Omar was excellent. And an off street parking spot helped immensely. Mahalo!!

We loved our stay in Ajijic. Caryn’s place was both beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed. The back yard was spectacular, even better than the pictures! The home was in a quieter area of Ajijic but still walkable to everything and being right next door to one of the best restaurants in town - Casa Lule was a huge plus! Caryn was extremely accommodating and our concierge Becky had great recommendations and was available if we needed anything locally. We would definitely stay again!

Cabaña muy bonita y cómoda en el bosque con vista hermosa, se ve el volcán de Colima a la distancia junto al atardecer. El personal nos atendió muy bien, Andres siempre estuvo al pendiente y fue muy amable. Hay una tienda en el lugar, un mini súper cerca y el restaurante La Valenka está a 10 minutos y lo recomiendo mucho. El Internet y señal de teléfono se cortan. El camino para llegar es un empedrado con muchos baches y topes y la entrada es una bajada muy empinada. Por lo demás no tengo quejas, nos quedamos casi una semana y no queríamos regresar

El lugar está tal cual las fotos, súper bonito y cuidado, la casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para tener unos días agradables y las albercas muy agusto, como son climatizadas mi bebé de 7 meses las disfruto muchísimo, siempre estuvieron al pendiente, sin duda queremos regresar

Todo estuvo excelente, muy bonita la cabaña, cuentas con smart tv con todas las apps e internet. Una cama muy cómoda y lo que la conforma de muy buena calidad. Jacuzzi y Regadera muy bien, solo que la parte del baño no tiene una puerta o alguna división por lo que se pueden escapar los olores y pues la privacidad a la hora de las necesidades no hay pero se puede entender por el espacio. Una muy bonita terraza privada con un bonito asador, el único detalle aquí es que estaría bien que tuvieran mínimo unas tenazas para la parrilla y tampoco hay equipo para mover la leña dentro de la chimenea. Son detalles mínimos que no son indispensables pero si ayudan (de hecho contribuimos con unas tenazas). Pero sí o sí regresamos, nos agradó mucho. Última observación, deberían poner en la descripción que es una cabaña privada de otra cabaña, o sea está en el patio trasero de otra cabaña más grande.

Taner is super friendly and responsive. He provided us with everything we needed and was promptly available. The house is up the mountain which offers stunning views. The house is big and spacious. Well equipped for large groups. Quiet and peaceful area.
