STAY HERE! A hidden oasis. Interior of the home is beautiful, even nicer than the pictures. Layout of the house is such that you can gather with family and friends or have quiet space for yourself. We enjoyed the outdoor pool area and garden so much that we debated on whether we should go to the beach or enjoy our pool time! The house is set back from the main road so it feels very private. It is also located next to a private, gated community so is quiet. Homero is an excellent communicator. He even arranged a taxi to take us to the airport. (The taxi even arrived early). Regarding the AC - just make sure the bathroom door on the ground level is closed, same with the top level.

The stay was honestly one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed. Everything was very well kept and clean. I appreciated the details like coffee and purified water. Antonio gave very detailed instructions and was also very responsive. Would love to stay again!

My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for several days, and we're already talking about when we come back. Chimo is a special place, and Marc and Michelle do a fantastic job to make it accessible. They helped us coordinate a boat ride from PV to the town (as the boat taxi is a bit unreliable), and met us for check-in. They sent a ton of good info in advance about the home and the town, and everything was exactly as described. We spent most of our few days laying on the beach, a 5-10 minute walk from our front door. We were generally the only ones there, it was incredibly peaceful. In the evenings, we'd go back up the hill to our house where Maria would make us dinner....and she's a fantastic cook. She also made us breakfast once, and her chilaquiles were unreal. The town is small and you won't hear much english, but you can get most of what you need - snacks, micheladas, tacos, etc. The people were very welcoming. We felt safe the entire time.

I loved the accommodation, but it needs to be fumigated because there are MANY insects. The pool in the photos looks large, but in reality it is small. The air conditioning of the pool is good, the beds are great, but in the bedroom with the bunk beds, it needs to be fumigated a lot. We had big spiders and it's better to buy a repellent. In general, you sleep very comfortably and enjoy the stay a lot. I loved it! I would come back :)

Diego’s house is an oasis of tranquility where every detail has been thought through. It’s an architectural delight, with every amenity imaginable including your very own cinema auditorium with gigantic leather armchairs you sink into. The bedrooms are yummy and cozy. The oversized art on the walls is playful and beautiful, all the sofas are extremely comfortable and make you feel that you are in a home away from home. Furthermore Maria Elena the house keeper works tirelessly to ensure the house is spotless without you ever noticing her there. She even waited for us until 1100 pm because of the very late arrival of our plane. It’s a dreamy peaceful retreat from the traffic and hustle and bustle of Guadalajara, and the perfect place to relax in Lake Chapala…..a home away from home!

It's a great place to relax, to be in nature and close to many areas where there are food options. Maggy was always attentive and flexible with us.

It was the second time we stayed at Rich's house, we came back because we loved the place, the privacy and the tranquility, which is what my husband and I like, a few days before we stayed at a hotel, which was nice, good service and everything was fine, but there was a business nearby where they played music very loudly, and I thought "we're not going to rest here" and luckily Rich's place was available, so without hesitation, I booked.

Paul was very responsive and attentive to any needs / questions we had during our stay. Location was close to town center, restaurants, parks, etc all walkable. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The terrace above house was delightful. Thank you Paul for a great stay at your home 🏡 🙏.

We had a wonderful stay. The place is beautiful, with a spectacular view and a peace that you can enjoy from the first moment. It is located just a few minutes walk from the dam, ideal for quiet and safe walks — our dogs had an amazing time on the walks. Everything in the house is perfectly designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You don't have to guess anything: there are clear signs everywhere, which is greatly appreciated. The kitchen is super well equipped, with everything you need to cook comfortably. In addition, everything was impeccably clean and the garden was very well maintained, you can see the care in every detail. The host was always attentive, making sure everything was perfect. She really thought of everything. Definitely a highly recommended place. We hope to be back soon!

100% recommended, we had an amazing, quiet time. We were looking for rest and the silence of the lake and it was fulfilled. Beautiful view from the terrace with the jacuzzi

The house and views are extremely beautiful. Cesar had amazing recommendations and he knows the area very well. The massages we had was a good way to start our vacation. Cesar was the most helpful and knowledgeable host I have ever dealt with. I definitely recommend this place and I can't wait to return. 5 stars for sure

We had an amazing time. The place was super clean, cozy, and felt really safe. Everything looked just like the photos, maybe even better in person. The hosts were kind and helpful, always quick to answer any questions and gave us great local tips. The neighbourhood was quiet and relaxing, but still close to everything we needed. There are very good restaurants within walking distance. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a chill and comfortable spot to enjoy your trip and be able to walk to the beach. The rental car was a plus; we used it for a couple of days to visit other areas.
