The property is quiet, Alejandro is an exelente person and always very attentive. The pool although we didn't get in was comfortable (right now in hot weather) The silence of the place and respect for the rules with the neighbors is exceptional

The complex is nice, the heated pools, the beach club an extra... the villa is nice and has all the amenities... well equipped (kitchen) each room with TV, air conditioning... very close to parking to unload luggage.

Great fun, just as described. Very helpful in coordinating transportation , and very responsive to general inquiries.

Great place. Beautiful surroundings! Easily walkable to stores. Walmart is about a 20-25minute walk. Bus stops are close by. Alicia is very good about communicating. Her place is clean and roomy. Kitchen is stocked with supplies.

Excellent service, always available and attentive! Very quiet and comfortable place in a strategic location if you want to explore several beaches of Bahía de Banderas. Lots of great food places in the area.

A great place to stay while exploring Guadalajara (by car), but even better it’s very convenient to Santa Anita (walkable) which has a ton of great places to eat. Angelica was on top of things, and the staff at 380 are very friendly. I look forward to a return trip!

A very nice place, with enough space for up to 6 guests, well equipped, the water heated up very quickly, plenty of space to talk with the other guests, and a parking space, recommended.

Perla and Luis were awesome hosts. The location is great. The house was very clean and well stocked with household items. It was nice that there was also beach chairs and towels. I wish the water pressure was better. I would stay there again.

Samantha, the administrator of the villa, was quick to respond to all our requests and questions. She is a very jovial and friendly person. Access to the beach only a 10 minute walk from the villa was appreciated, however, the amenities (restaurant, pool, bar) were not due to the reconstruction of the space. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning in all the rooms worked great. Some utensils and cauldrons would be worth a change. Very nice stay!

It was really good place to relax

The house is very spacious and nice. Everything was tidy, it has almost everything you need for cooking. The living room and kitchen are perfect to promote coexistence and have a good time with the family. The subdivision is very quiet and the pool was at an excellent temperature. Although it is shared, it practically touched us that I was practically alone. The location is great as it's minutes from the beach. There's also many restaurants and shops nearby. Devyn was always very nice and attentive to my stay. I would definitely go back with my family to have a vacation!

Casa Carmen 1 in Tlaquepaque Centro exceeded my expectations! The house was beautifully restored, blending traditional charm with modern comforts. Its central location allowed me to explore the neighborhood's vibrant arts scene and colonial architecture on foot. Highly recommend for a unique and immersive experience in Tlaquepaque!

Wow, it was a pleasant surprise! The house was even more beautiful in person, exquisite taste, fully equipped, it's huge, more than what you see, it has really nice areas, it has 2 garages, a very nice terrace, I loved the spacious kitchen and the laundry area. The upstairs part is beautiful, the rooms, the bathrooms, the decoration. In addition, super fast and very helpful service. There is a store 2 doors away, the area is quiet, everything is really clean. I highly recommend it, it is totally worth it. Many congratulations on your beautiful home

Nice place, in our stay we felt very comfortable, fences of the house there are several options to eat in addition to that there are 7seven.

A very comfortable and beautiful house to rest with everything you need for your stay. In fact, they lent us a chair and umbrellas for the beach. It is very well equipped, which gives you a bonus that helps you enjoy your stay. A few days it was cloudy and the lady immediately contacted me to tell me how to turn on the boiler so we wouldn't get cold water. Her attention is appreciated

Very nice Airbnb, the pool is a few steps away and the host is very friendly.
