On the ground floor there is an Urban Garden where you can enjoy the multiple varieties of medicinal and edible plants and you can harvest some organic crops for your personal use and enrich your stay. We are eagerly waiting for you to enjoy our apartment, which is undoubtedly your best option. The apartment is located in a quiet, cultural and gastronomic area, ideal for experiencing Guadalajara. It is three blocks from Mercado Juárez or Mercado México, and a 20-minute walk from the historic center. We recommend that you get around and get to know the city on foot, the apartment is perfectly located to live Guadalajara, very close to the historic center, Paseo Chapultepec, in a quiet, cultural and gastronomic area. You will be able to enjoy many of the attractions of our beautiful city without having to spend your money on any type of transportation. Living in the apartment is a very pleasant and welcoming feeling. When you open the windows and the space becomes one with the terrace, you will enjoy it very much. At night from the terrace you can see the planes take off in the distance and it is a show that you can enjoy. On Libertad street or in the Juárez market area (from the terrace and turning left you will see it 2 blocks away), you can enjoy delicious breakfasts in multiple cafes, the vast majority have terraces with trees and plants, you will experience quiet and enjoyable moments.

Ideal for 2 adults. The Sanctuary is close to art and culture, restaurants and dining, bars, subway, downtown, nightlife, the theatre, universities, bicycle lane and has a great sunset view. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoor space, the neighborhood, the light, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and big groups. Message me if you want me to arrange for other services during your stay, like massages, guide tours etc.
