Excellent stay and host, I highly recommend it, if we have to return it would definitely be there.

Beautiful property! Great location at the top of a hill away from the bustle but a very short walk to restaurants and nightlife. The space itself is well-appointed and high quality. And we felt very safe staying there. No complaints, highly recommend this property.

Tom, Maggie and Scarlett are very attentive, the place is fine, it is nice and clean. We had a very alarming situation in the apartment that I immediately reported and Maggie was attentive, Tom personally went to my apartment where he provided me with a solution to the issue, the truth is that apart from this situation everything was excellent, they always provided me with attention by message or in the chat of the App, thank you for everything.

The loft is very clean, very comfortable and perfect for one person or a couple! A very quiet area and although it is on the avenue it is away from the noise! Excellent and personalized service! Mikaelle is always attentive! Her dogs Osa and Tofu are very sociable🥰🐶!!! The Sirocco pottery workshop of her daughter Oriane is amazing, everything they do👌🏼!!! I really enjoyed my stay there and of course I would go back!!! Thank you so much !!

The space was better than in the photos, I was the first to stay in the renovated loft. Hot water, air conditioning, WiFi, all the amenities working perfectly, the bed was very comfortable. Pepe is a warm person with a sincere interest in making the stay ideal for his guests. The neighborhood is safe, and with a lot of restaurants as well as a supermarket across the street. I recommend it 100%.

Overall a great experience. I have been to PV several times over the last 20 years and the location and this was one of the best experiences so far. This location is ideal for beach, night life, restaurants, and overall convenience. Our building host Alfredo was so nice and helpful and made our check in so easy. There was a minor issue with the room that he was up front about but it was not a big deal and he was super accommodating. Elíseo the owner of the unit was super responsive to my communication and there were no issues with the rental. We met several of the owners during our stay and they were all lovely and very nice. It was a very mature group of owners/renters and we very much felt peace of mind and not a party atmosphere. We would definitely stay at 353 Amapas again.

Luis is very attentive, friendly, a wealth of Guadalajara knowledge and his 4 legged partner Jenry shares an awesome welcoming wag. We look forward to our move to Guadalajara and knowing Luis and Jenry as our friends.

Casa Ana is an excellent Airbnb rental! It is located in a great neighborhood surrounded by beautiful trees, close to stores, cafes, and restaurants. Ana is an amazing host. She is very communicative and kind to guests. My dog fell in love with her and her dog, Doby. I would highly recommend staying there to anyone.

Bonito loft It has everything you need to have a great stay. I really liked the privacy of the place, the facilities, cleanliness. At night from the balcony you can see a great view of the city, I definitely recommend it a lot.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lofts on Basilio. The loft was wonderfully decorated, clean, and as described. The shower in particular was a highlight. The rooftop has some amazing views, but we ended up not using the pool as it was smaller than expected. Also, the street noise does travel into the unit, but didn't bother us during our stay. Overall I would recommend this spot for the location and loft set up!

Adriana was an excellent host and very responsive when we had an issue with the water heater pilot being turned off. The unit is clean and a good size. It comes well equipped with towels, soap and shampoo. The unit could benefit from a drying rack for the balcony so you don’t have to run the dryer. The washroom set up is quite unique not allowing for a lot of privacy so you need to be very comfortable with the person you are staying with. The building itself is new and a great location - walking distance to many great restaurants, a grocery store and the beach. The rooftop pool is a great location to take in the sun and you can see the ocean.

The location is perfect, you go left and you are already on the Malecon - central to everything. Joaquín is an excellent host - quick and clear communication with excellent recommendations.

Excellent accommodation, very quiet and in an excellent area

The place was beautiful, the view amazing, the amenities top-notch. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Extremely walkable to amazing restaurants, the best I’ve ever had, street food and the beach so much entertainment, and a wonderful time. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Zona Romantica, this is it!! Wonderful pool and rooftop bar just down the hall. The response of the team is top-notch.

Excellent option to stay. It has everything you need for a short stay. Although it is close to main avenues, it is very quiet and you can rest.

I recommend the accommodation one hundred percent. The Airbnb was as described, with lots of privacy and in a fairly quiet and central area to several establishments and squares. Adrian was very attentive and friendly.
