Very quiet apartment. Fabian is very nice and helpful. The condo is well equipped. The bathroom is very nice and the kitchen is modern and well equipped. I felt very comfortable. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay, the apartment is more spacious than the photos show. Manuela met us in person to give us the keys and show us the laundry room and trash rooms. The apartment is on a quiet street and everything in the town of Ludwigsburg was easily walkable! We had children with us so we appreciated the dedicated washer and dryer in the basement laundry room.

Johanna and August are super friendly and make you feel like home!

Amazing stay, Amazing host and amazing place

As always , everything was fine☺️👍🏼. Waldemar is a good host and the apartment is quiet, you can sleep very well, everything is tidy. There's nothing wrong with it.

Cozy and bright living room upon arrival, everything in the apartment is so clean which is very nice, welcoming reception with treats. Hostess Rita responds quickly, clearly and kindly! Had a nice stay, I would say don't hesitate, just book!

Our employee moved into Matthias' place. She was very satisfied, not only with the accommodation but also in cooperation with Matthias. It was a great stay for them.

Everything worked out great! Communication was fast before arrival and pleasant and fast.

What else can I say...I've been here three times now and it's always a pleasure to arrive and stay here. Fresh cake, friendly hosts, a nice cozy apartment in quiet surroundings await. Everything there to relax.

We were more than happy with the place. Very nice new apartment in a quiet scenic area. The apartment has everything your heart desires, especially very clean. Laura is a very nice host who also responds to extra requests immediately. We would book vacation there again anytime.

We were greeted by a man on behalf of Fabian, who gave us a tour of the apartment building. Everything was there that you could possibly think of. Very clean, very quiet and has allocated parking. Great distance to everything that we wanted to go to. Fabian’s communication is excellent. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Philipp’s place was super clean and freshly renovated. We especially loved the upstairs bedroom - it was lovely! Fully equipped kitchen and a great dining room area - perfect for a beautiful meal with wine together after a day out in Ludwigsburg or Stuttgart. Philipp was a fantastic host and was very helpful with anything we needed. We hope to stay again one day 💕

Very nice apartment on the 2nd floor with large balcony, quiet location and just steps from the castle. We were able to park right in front of the house. From Neuenstein, Schwäbisch Hall, Künzelsau and Heilbronn can be reached quickly by car.

Nice apartment for 3 people. Beate is very friendly and answers very fast. The place is in a small village not far away from Rotenburg a.d. T (8min drive). Very nice place for very good price 😁

Very nicely equipped and cut apartment. Especially for families with children (high chair & dishes, changing mat, etc.). Just like in the pictures! Our favorite room was the conservatory with the huge couch. Unfortunately, the street is very noisy and we could only sleep with the window closed. But you're in zero-common nothing in old town. Super nice communication with Simon, we will be happy to come back.

The place was very nice, the garden was wonderful, with a swing, trampoline, slide, sandbox and yakuzi! Perfect for those who, like us, have a dog and a child. In fact, even inside the property, various games and bookshelves are available for the little ones. We had a great rest because the area is very quiet. Absolutely recommended 👌

We had a wonderful 3 days at the property. We felt very comfortable. Sauna and hot tub everything worked great. One thing that bothered me a little was that unfortunately dirty dishes were in the drawer. But even there you can look over it and make it clean. But all in all, it was very nice and we will be back.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless, cozy, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe. I especially loved the terrace. Birgit was super friendly and helpful, and she made sure everything was just right. The location was quiet and relaxing. It honestly felt like a home away from home:)

Our stay was really great. The place was perfect to escape the ordinary. The hostess was very attentive and took very good care of us. She was available at all times and always responded quickly and kindly - totally uncomplicated. A real heartfelt recommendation!

We had a lovely stay at the place. It is accessible only by car, but it was no problem to park in the yard. Everything was tidy and clean. The possibility to use the sauna was just great for us in the evening and everything worked very well. The bathrooms and other rooms were very clean. Great was the free way to use bikes, grill and sit outside. The yard was very quiet and it was very relaxed. Marion responded very quickly to inquiries and helped us out.
