Elmar and his wife Ute are really excellent hosts!! We were in Hohenstaufen for the AlbExtrem cycling marathon and could not have imagined a better accommodation. We felt welcome and comfortable from the first moment. Great communication with Elmar in advance. A very nice and quiet place to stay in a great location, with garden and seating right outside the door. Elmar even had a parking space for our bikes. Elmar and Ute are very likeable and accommodating. We felt super cared for at all times. We would love to come back!!

Amazing location within the city wall. Walkable to everything. Amazing breakfast and a very gracious host. Wish we had more time there!

Hosts are very friendly (Anette offered me her personal iron, Claus showed us where to buy something). Communication went smoothly (we arrived very late and would still be warmly welcomed. All the little details were right (towels (gr.,kl.,mini) to perfumes), very clean, small but very nice and nice and quiet. Was invited to a wedding in Filderstadt (church and location could be reached under 10mins by car)

The place was spotless, with beautiful furnishings and extremely comfortable beds. There is a great bakery/cafe for a wide range of breakfast choices just around the corner. The hotel is beautiful, and Walter was a great host. Easy access to the town, and breakfast was the best we've had in Europe. Very highly recommended!

We enjoyed staying with the Weidmann family very much. The room and bathroom were very tastefully decorated with lots of lovely details. The place was sparkling clean and the bottle of water very welcome on the beautiful summer day. Many brochures in the apartment and also the tips from the Weidmann family have helped us a lot to plan our activities. We especially enjoyed the absolute tranquility at night and the starry sky. Thank you very much for the Weidmann family!

Walter's place is a real gem. He is very friendly and made every aspect of our stay easy and pleasant. Breakfast was wonderful and the on-site parking made staying here a breeze.

wow wow wow!!, if you want to be fully immersed within Rothenburg's beauty and charm then stay in one of Jen's spaces! unique is an understatement! cozy and charming. we had two families and desperately wanted to stay longer but could only fit in one night. Jen is an excellent host who goes above and beyond. breakfast was the best we've had...truly a wonderful stay. do no hesitate to book this space. we found the beds comfy and everything was clean and perfect for our family with kids.

Love Rothenburg. Great small town and the place was right in the middle of town. Plenty of room and charm in the flat that absolutely added to the experience. Highly recommend if one wishes to be fully immersed and stay in a nice place while in town. Great included breakfast also.

We loved it here! There was so much space! It was definitely even more spacious than it looked in the pictures. The location was perfect for wandering around town and getting in some early morning shopping. The breakfast was incredible. The hosts were so warm and welcoming! I hope we get a chance to stay here again!

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment in the old town. Everything we needed for a wonderful stay including kitchen and laundry facilities. Lovely breakfast and very hospitable host

I love the canal boat and the unique cabin I stayed in. I walked to the festival along the river and over to the Mercedes museum easily. The dining room was a peaceful place to watch the boats go by and relax drinking a beverage at the hosts honor system cash refrigerator. It was well stocked with lots of drinking choices from soda to sparkling water. As with all boats movement on the boat can be noisy but I was expecting that going in. I would stay on the boat again.
