Idyllic house in the countryside. The house was built by my great-great-grandparents about 130 years ago. The old timber walls have been brought out, and much of the old style has been preserved. Now refreshed with colors that reflect the nature of Lista. Sea, beach, sunset and forest. Bright and spacious bedroom with 4 beds, as well as an extra bed in the dining room. Living room and dining room, well-equipped kitchen, large bathroom and hallway. The house consists of two floors, but there is currently only the 1st floor of approx. 90 sqm that is prepared for rent.

In addition, there is a separate small one-bedroom apartment that is also rented on AirBnB (for 2 people)

The house has 4 separate bedrooms, where 3 are located on the second floor. Approx 7 minutes walk to bathing water which is very nice for smaller kids, shallow water and warmer than the sea. Approx 22 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beaches of Lista, which offers miles and miles of sand.

The cabin sleeps 6-7 people, and is located alone in the woods, down to Kallandsvannet. You, your family and your friends can park right next to the cabin and enjoy the silence. This is the dream place for the extended family. Short walk down to Austadstranda where there is available berth in the floating jetty. The place is also a very good starting point for excursions in forests and fields.
