House vacation rentals in Jæren

Hi all, the house is a little bit old, but absolutely CHARMING and we missed nothing! :) There is a great terrasse with a wonderful view, even when it is raining you can sit outside in a very cosy corner. Even if we stayed in July and there are around 50 mobile homes around you, it was veeery silent and the children could use the great common pool often on their own. ;-) We also liked the play barn (with table tennis, billards, dart board, etc. (but the dart board should be replaced, because it is really old and not in a good state - suggestion: replace the board, buy new darts and put a carpet on the ground to protect the darts... ;-))! We really can recommend to stay in the house of Hege! :) Cheers, Michael and family

We booked this house with for our wind farm technicians. Quick and good communication with the host. Check-in went smoothly and without problems. For those who prefer old houses fully recommended.

Great place and very homey home! Very nice reception with regards from the landlord. Cozy welcoming home, with ample patio, swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Only 2 minutes walk from Norway's most beautiful beach. Short drive to Skudneshavn which is really an idyllic village, with several daring and old traditional buildings. Simply magical. Here you will find the tranquility right away, and a wake-up call that really makes you feel welcome! We'll be back for sure! Highly recommended! 😊

We were a family of 7 adults and 3 children (3 generations) and had a fantastic stay at Kåre's place. It was easy to check in and lots of room for everyone. Kåre has a great house with lots of bolting space inside and outside. Nice bedrooms with great beds. Everyone aged 2-70 enjoyed themselves all weekend and would love to stay longer. Kåre was also very helpful and responded quickly if we had any questions and could quickly come by if there was anything we needed help with. Really recommend staying with Kåre and would love to come back.😊

Thank you for a wonderful stay in Vikedal. This was, without doubt, one of the most pleasant vacations we ever spent. Not only because of the location and surroundings, but also because of your friendly and warm welcome.

The apartment is located high up on the mountain, so you have a fantastic view of the fjord! Living room, dining room and kitchen are in one area. The bedrooms are one floor down and can be reached via a slightly steep staircase. It is absolutely quiet, sometimes you can hear the road on the shore, but that does not bother you at all when sleeping. The TV didn't work so well, there are no programs, only a streaming option, but the view is much nicer than any TV program anyway!!! The balcony is fantastic and very well equipped. The apartment is unusually but interestingly decorated. Apart from a kettle and small knives, we didn't miss anything in the kitchen. We would always spend our holidays in Egil's apartment!

Lovingly prepared traditional Norwegian house. The bathroom is completely modern and new - with a rain shower. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather and very rainy days, appreciated the cozy house and large sofa all the more for reading time. Good starting point for excursions: lighthouse, Farsund, hikes, … Good to know: For tall people, some caution is advised regarding the low door frames. Not accessible due to the door thresholds. Our dog loved the view into the large garden - and always waited for the deer to come back. We felt very comfortable. Thanks for sharing this beautiful place guests.

Wonderful location, breath taking view on the fjord and surrounding hills. Host are friendly and helpful and close by if you need them yet everyone enjoys their privacy. Nice, modern spacious home. Well equipped kitchen, small amenities provided. We got some help on finding hiking trails could rent the hosts boat. Excellent wifi to work remotely. Could not have asked for anything more. Excellent

Cozy house in central Stavanger. Tidy and clean it was too. The instructions and information received in advance as well as the good condition of the house meant that very little dialogue was needed. Thank you for your stay. Would love to come again.

I had an amazing stay, . the location was perfect—very central and convenient for exploring the area. Communication with the host was excellent; they were responsive, helpful, and made everything seamless.
