Older cabin with simple furnishings and power supplied by a solar panel. Cell phone charging via USB port. There is a wood-burning fireplace, an outdoor grill (you must bring your own lighter and charcoal), a refrigerator, and a gas stove/cooking area. There are plates, bowls, glasses, and cutlery. There are also frying pans and pots. There is no running water, so we fill water jugs with clean drinking water, which can be used for both cooking and washing dishes. Beautifully located cabin 20 meters from the river. New extension with running water and heating with new bathroom and shower, entrance with heated floor and new bedroom. The living room and kitchen are renovated. Inside the cabin there are 4 beds, a double bed 150 cm in one bedroom and two single beds 75 cm wide in another. Then there is an annex with an additional 4 sleeping places. In the annex there is electricity but no running water. Bring your own linens. Can be rented for NOK 100/10 Euro per person. Beautiful cabin by the sea in Sokn, Stavanger

Great and small summer cottage with closed winter garden, almost at the edge of the lake at Sokn Camping. Lovely view over the fjord, 180 degrees. The cabin was completed in 2022. Here you will find a large jumping pad, football pitch, volleyball court, playground equipment, kiosk and restaurant with all rights. Only a short drive of 15-20 min to Stavanger and 50 min to Kongeparken. 55 minutes to Pulpit Rock parking. Guests can rent canoes and kayaks at the campsite. Campsite quiet hours: 11 pm - 7 am

Idyllic house by the lake close to Preikestolen.

Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

Benedikte's house on architect-designed Svindland farm

Benedikte House is located about ten minutes drive from Egersund city center and about five minutes from E39. We have tried to recreate the hospitality of Benedikte - the last one who lived in the old house - in this modern and completely newly built farmhouse on the edge of the yard at Svindland farm. Here guests will find peace and quiet. On the farm there are horses, we have two dogs and a cozy peacock couple that walk freely. The house is very modern and well equipped.
