Downtown is approximately 15 minutes away. ❤️🐈Note: Our cat, Mia, lives on the property, but she may be in the laundry room, where she has food available and her own door.

Beautifully renovated villa in the middle of the city center. Here you have everything you need for a wonderful stay in the middle of the city. A great backyard with sun all day and a covered garden room. Garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. Fully equipped kitchen, and living room with dining area. 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. One with exit to the balcony. The house is located in a quiet street without transit traffic. Restaurants, cafes, bakery and shopping just outside the door. The airport bus and boat to Ryfylke and Flo and Fjære a stone's throw away.

The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. The boathouse has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is located southwest-facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything served and sold is made here.

With only a few meters to the fjord, an almost has the experience of sleeping in the water. In 2023 and 2025, the farm shop was named Norway's best farm shop and is a small attraction in itself. Right next door you will find a sauna that can be booked with equally good views.
