Cabin vacation rentals in Jæren

We spent a weekend at Kjetil’s place and it was an amazing experience! The cabin is spacious (the rooms are actually bigger than how they look in the pictures), beautiful, complete with everything we needed, and not to mention, the JACUZZI which we enjoyed so much! We booked this place without any comment or reviews from others as this was a new listing back then, and we didn’t regret taking the risk. It was all worth it. Kjetil was very kind to help us with everything we needed, he was easy to communicate with, and the cabin is perfect for a big group like us — three families, with children and a 3-month baby. We’re hoping to come back here for next year’s winter season!

A wonderful place for a short and long getaway, for both a couple and a family. Delightful hosts, postcard-like landscapes, peace, quiet, and relaxation i recommend it with a clear conscience!

Our stay with Asbjørn in Bordelid was nothing short of amazing. The home was nice, modern, and nicely decorated with everything you could want – from well-equipped kitchen to hot cabinet to snowy jackets. The view was impressive with the panorama of the snow-capped mountains and the slopes. We enjoyed the sauna, jacuzzi and sunny moments on the terrace. The wood-burning stove created a cozy atmosphere, and the bed comfort was top notch. The location was perfect with easy access to the ski hill. Asbjørn provided exceptional service where he drove up on Saturday morning and quickly fixed an issue with the jacuzzi, providing safe and pleasant communication. A place we will no doubt come back to.

Cozy and modern cabin. Here there was a full kitchen, with microwave and coffee machine. Master bedroom had a comfortable double bed. The smaller bedroom with a bunk bed was fine for children to sleep on. Living room with dining table was a relaxing zone. With a fire in the fireplace, it became warm and cozy. During the summer season, we had probably used the terrace, but the temperature in March kept us in. The bathroom is small but solves the need. The washing machine didn't work when we were there but we also didn't have use for it. The place is by itself, and GPS is the easiest way to find your way. P.S. You have to cross the road from where you park and go up a small hill before you get to the cabin.

Super cozy cabin in beautiful surroundings

Spacious and cozy cabin that was to the description. Fantastic to come to a cabin that was so well adapted for children. Very good to know that the equipment at the cabin is there to be used, it made us feel at home. If there was anything we were wondering about, Annette was quick to respond. Had a lovely stay.

We had a fantastic time at Nina's house. It was actually more cozy and spacious than we expected, comfortable and nicely decorated. Really a surprise. The surroundings are magnificent, quiet (the silence is a treat), the view is great. Beautiful walks directly from the house. Also further away, the landscape is overwhelmingly beautiful. In short, highly recommended. We'd love to come back. Nina is also a friendly host, helpful and flexible.

Title: Fantastic break in an idyllic cabin in Norway Our stay at the cabin was just perfect! The location in the middle of breathtaking Norwegian nature was like a picture book – surrounded by forests, mountains and a glittering lake nearby. It was the ideal place to escape the ordinary and come to rest. The cabin itself was cozy, lovingly furnished and had everything we needed. The fireplace provided cozy warmth on the cooler evenings, and the large window front gave us a wonderful view of the untouched landscape. It was a great feeling to wake up in the morning and look directly into nature. Our dog also absolutely enjoyed the stay! There were countless hiking trails right outside the front door, and the hosts were extremely dog-friendly – there was even a small basket ready for him. A special highlight for us was the starry sky, which we admired from the terrace in the evening.

Wonderful place with breathtaking views. Perfect place to disconnect from the daily life and reconnect with nature and yourself.

We rented the cabin for Christmas celebrations in the area. Very happy with the loan and can definitely recommend renting to those who consider this. Modern, incredibly well equipped and spacious. The landlord also responded quickly to questions. 10/10

The location of the cabin was close to both shop, harbor and hiking areas, and with a great view of the sea. May Bente had also kept the place both clean and tidy, with the shortest glass on the bathroom shower 🫣 Will be happy to come again. Would recommend 🌸

We had a lovely trip at Anne's cabin. A beautiful location, very peaceful and calm. A very good experience to stay off the grid for a couple of days. It was fun to go out on the rowing boat.

The cabin is beautifully located directly on the lake and in a good location for many excursions (e.g. Skrelia, Kvåsfossen, blueberries collect in the forest behind the cabin, boating). The amenities are good and communication with the host worked great and was very friendly. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful cottage with a view in a very quiet location 😍 May's cottage is very idyllically located in the middle of a hiking area. From the parking lot you can reach the hut in a few minutes (if it has rained it can be muddy). The cottage itself is super beautiful and tastefully furnished and the views are amazing! We really enjoyed our days here and were able to do several hikes directly from the hut. The Preikestolen is about 40 minutes by car, the supermarket about 15. May as a host was very accessible and always helpful. A clear recommendation!

The cabin is in a fantastic location and has a wonderful view. It is lovingly decorated and offers everything you need and more. Great outdoor furniture, a conservatory, very good kitchen equipment. Ann-Karin is perfect as a hostess, answers questions lightning fast. The walk from the car to the hut alone is a nice experience - through sheep, past red wooden houses, over hill and dale. Water management is a little adventure, but you get used to it quickly. A wonderful place!

Our experience was much better than what the pictures make you believe to expect! (and the pictures are not bad 😃). The house is modern and luxe, has a warm athmosphere, spacious and the outdoor sauna is a very nice bonus. Hovden is also a great town where you can enjoy yourself easily. The host Even is always there to anwser your questions, is flexible and helpful, thanks for that!
