My friends and I loved the deal, we felt right at home, Mustafá waited for us at the door of the house and that we arrived about 11:40 pm, when we arrived she showed us the house and stayed with us for a while in what explained the most relevant of the house and to move around Izmir, which we really appreciated, so I highly recommend this place, certainly a very good choice :)

A special place in a small, quiet village. So cozy, whether it's raining or the sun is shining. Every detail has been thought of. This place has soul. Sasha, Pofuduk, and the other dogs are loyal, well-behaved companions. Erkan’s olive oil is fantastic—we had a wonderful time.

We really enjoyed our stay with family. In particular, the location on the first floor with terrace and surrounding residential complex was great with a toddler. Everything important within walking distance, beach promenade, supermarket, cafes, peninsula... The apartment is nicely decorated. The host is very kind. We will be happy to come back.

We were quite satisfied with our staying at Konstantinos House. Kalamoti is a wonderful place, full of historical value and peaceful vibe. Konstantinos is a very kind person, ready to answer all our questions, facilitate his guests staying plus the house is very beautiful and nicely decorated. We are looking forward to going back again. I hope we will.

Mr. Suat and Ms. Bahar are wonderful people, their businesses are immaculate and peaceful. We incredibly enjoyed the stone houses, the garden is very well-maintained. But their hospitality gets in front of the beauty of Foça, we understand how much we long for such elegant people. I look forward to seeing you again at the first opportunity. Despite arriving by car on an incredibly busy Sunday afternoon in Sirince, a tiny historic village with steeply narrow cobblestone streets, with Süleyman’s assistance we managed to navigate our way through the crowded throng of visitors to his remarkable location. Nearby we spent time at the brilliant Ephesus and adjacent museum as well as having a great seafood lunch on the coast about an hour away after hearing about this special possibility from Süleyman. All in all a very different and interesting few days.

Dear Gülay, Thank you for the wonderful arrangements that you made in your home to receive us and made sure that we weren't inconvinced in any manner.  Every corner of the house is so attractive and likeable expecially the coastal blue inspired colour palatte, which soothes your senses. These quaint and charming settings enchanted us the moment we entered the premises. And its vicinity from the main bazaar was most convenient.  Thank you again for having us share your accommodation. Place was great, owners answered every question i had in maximum 10 mins. Place is clean, lightning is great, has a great balcony. Location was great. (restourants, coctail places, coffee shops etc.)

We enjoyed our stay very much, we felt like we were in our own home. The sauna thing was also delicious :)

We were with our three kids and it was a very nice stay. The pool and outdoor location is very nice and well maintained. Thanks to Mr. Erdogan who maintains the garden as a neighbor:) In the house we had a lot of space and it was all as described. Everything so clean except the drain in the bathroom. Here the cleaners should have cleaned better. We can recommend the villa in a clear conscience. Mr. Ramazan Tekin is a very nice host and was always available. Thank you

We stayed with 6 people as a family. Both the interior and the garden of the house were great. The fireplace was perfect. A few minutes drive to Alaçatı bazaar. We went to the Alaçatı bazaar every evening. Sigacik, Urla, Germiyan village, Alaçatı Social Market are the first places I can recommend. We had a holiday at the end of March. The house is warming up very well. When we went, we had the chance to spend time by the fireplace in the house because it was heavy and raining. We had a lovely time because the house is very big and peaceful. The garden of the house, the lemon trees and the fireplace, We miss it already. Ms. Zeynep and her husband are very friendly and very helpful. We felt like we were in our own home. We had a wonderful holiday. We would like to stay again as soon as possible. Staying at Fatma’s place was an amazing experience. First of all, Fatma has been an exceptional host; super welcoming, always responsive, proactive when we had questions and helpful even after we left the house. The house is located in a beautiful and peaceful area and offers plenty of amenities to enjoy with friends and family, such as table tennis, gym equipment, a pool and a barbecue. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook and serve meals for a group of 10. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable with every detail carefully thought out. The central heating worked perfectly. We didn’t encounter any problems but I want to note two things: (1) The location isn’t very central (though it’s safe), I’d recommend having a car rather than relying on taxis. (2) The internet connection can be slow if you’re planning to work from home with multiple people taking video calls; however, it’s fine for lighter use. Overal I highly recommend it.

We had a very nice and enjoyable holiday. The house is very nice, both the pool and the decoration in the house are very nice and sufficient. Cleanliness and order were great, we felt at home from the moment we entered the house. Mr. Mustafa and Mr. Burak were easily accessible and very kind hosts. Thanks for everything.

Ms. Ozlemfr's house is impeccably luxurious. Spacious room, beautiful interior, fully equipped. Most importantly, a warm and friendly hostess who welcomed us with patience and enthusiasm. Ms. Ozlemfr listed a few local restaurants according to our needs, and we finally chose a Turkish-style barbecue restaurant, which was of great quality. We feel very lucky to be able to stay in such a room at the beginning of our trip, perfect for a self-drive tour.

Very pleasant and nicely designed. Very friendly for crowded groups. Even though we stayed for a short time, we loved the team. Especially the garden and terrace are nice areas to spend time. Highly recommend.

The place is cozy, clean and has everything you need.

The location is perfect, both very quiet and you can reach the center on foot. There is no street parking, but it can be easily parked on the streets nearby. The ambiance of the house is great, very clean, and there is plenty of equipment we may need in the kitchen. Our communication with the host was also very quick and helpful. I would definitely recommend it!

I had a very peaceful week with my dog Rika. Everything was great and peaceful. I thoroughly enjoyed sipping my wine, especially in the evening view of the full moon.

Really enjoyed our stay at the tiny house. Very well kitted out with everything that you'd ever need. Coffee options galore. Peaceful setting with the house set a short distance back from a quiet road. The odd car travelling past is all that we really heard. Within walking distance from a local beach which was good. 20 minute drive from vibrant Alacati and I would HIGHLY recommend paying to use the toll road over toll free roads. Good communication from the host.

We've had a very enjoyable few days. The centrality of its location was very functional.
