Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Italian Riviera

We, two adults and three children, had a wonderful time in this beautiful penthouse. Although the weather was not on our side, we made some lovely trips to neighbouring villages and Genoa. The beach is almost on the doorstep and is clean. The area is perhaps a little too quiet for teenagers, but that was also due to the weather.

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with its modern bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. It has everything you need and even more. Breakfast is excellent with cakes left for us. Small touches such as milk left in the fridge with 2 bottles of water (still and sparkling water) are really more than pleasant!!! The rooms are spacious and the bedding is perfect. The balcony overlooking the small stream and the location of the apartment which is quiet but at the same time is a 10-minute walk from the city center and the seaside. Truly a great choice. We had a great time at 4. We'll be happy to go back!!! Don't hesitate, everything is perfect.

Perfect place to start our trip. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Mediterranean from the balcony. With two teenage boys, we could spread out in the 3 bedrooms. We went swimming and had yummy gelato and delicious dinner at Il Guercio Food & Drink in Finalborgo (medieval village). The host was extremely responsive pre-trip and during our stay. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Slept to the sound of the ocean. Wonderful! Highly recommend. Just as described 😁

Marco's apartment has the perfect location - it's walkable to everything in the old town (you can literally see the baptistery right when you come out of the building) and Marco gave us great recommendations for restaurants which we really appreciated. The apartment is EXTREMELY comfortable, with great air conditioining which we really appreciated given the summer heat. The wifi worked great too and the kitchen allowed us to do simple things like wash fruits etc. The bed was very comfortable too, and I even used the terrace to dry some laundry. All in all, we said to each other that we could see ourselves staying here for much longer, would totally recommend to everyone looking for a cosy place to stay in Parma! Extra thanks to Marco for helping us call a taxi before we left, and for proactively reaching out to say he was there if we needed anything!

Franca and her husband were friendly and helpful hosts. With the help of Google Translate, we had no problems communicating. We stayed 3 nights at their top-floor apartment which came with a private terrace from where you can get a lovely view of the village, the sea and the terraced vineyards. Its location in a historic building just off the village church square and close to various walking trails made it a perfect base for us to explore the various villages of Cinque Terre. The apartment was clean and comfortably furnished for 2 people. We enjoyed our stay at Casa Capellini very much.

A beautiful spot in the absolute serenity of nature. The nearest town of roses, Bosalasco, was a stunning surprise. Paola is a lovely woman who will do everything to accommodate you, gentilissima as they say here. We were two couples with a 2-year-old child and our days spent barbecuing, playing ping pong, swimming in the pool, and putting the world to rights over some local wine were memories we'll forever cherish. Would not hesitate to stay again. Thanks, Paola.

Beautiful accommodation! We really liked how the interior and exterior are furnished. I particularly liked the garden. Many evocative corners to discover, with statues hidden in the greenery and small tables. Ideal location to spend a weekend in the countryside relaxing away from the city.

We a great time at Christophe's place! It was so beautiful and peaceful. There were lots of local restaurants and his wife kindly gave us a recommendation for somewhere to eat seafood. She was especially lovely because she allowed me to practice my limited French! Christophe's son took us out on his boat for snorkeling and exploring the Cote D'Azur- a truly unforgettable experience! Thanks everyone!

Two days of relaxation and peace. Beautiful place. House equipped with everything. Small apartment but at the same time, spacious. The bed is very comfortable. Beautiful area for walks. Obviously, to get to the sea you need a car. The only flaw, if you have a big car, is that you can't get directly in front of the house because the road is narrow. But this was communicated in advance. We had no problem. Thank you so much Maria Victoria for everything. We will definitely be back. Greetings also to Shaggy, the house dog. Very nice.😍

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. This remarkable home, situated near Cinque Terre, offers breathtaking views of the Tuscan landscape. Alessia, our Airbnb host, was exceptionally hospitable, helpful, and professional, making our stay truly unforgettable. I definitely recommend this property !!!

We were there over Christmas and New Year's Eve… The small Ligurian house corresponds exactly to the description… it is nice, but a bit narrow and the steep stairs sometimes annoying. .. Unfortunately, the parking lot is also a bit far away and quite full even in the winter season. Roberta is very friendly and helpful. She personally welcomed us very warmly with numerous gifts and took a lot of time for our briefing. Also, when there were problems with the water later in the evening, she immediately stepped in and fixed the problem quickly… Many thanks to Roberta for her friendly and helpful care and for the pleasant stay. Lovely accommodation in one of the finest residences in peaceful Menton Garavan. Generous host couple who cared about us. Stylish with all facilities and needs met, surrounded by a wonderful garden. Big plus for the large terrace, the view and the private small pool. We can't wait to go!

Marco's and Paola'a house is beautiful, well equipped, with spacious garden and we had amazing time. Paola is the most friendly and warm host you can imagine. The region is great too, with number of attractions to visit just a short ride away. The only lowlight for us was mosquitoes, even that I have taken some sprays nothing worked, only the over the beds nets, so my advise to start using them straight away as this traditional way against them. Other than that, it was a perfect stay and we would love to stay again, grazie mille :)

This Airbnb was one of the best I’ve stayed at. It’s in a great location for a great price with an amazing host. Bruno was very friendly and gave us a welcome gift. He waited us to arrive and showed us how to get into the house and explained everything clearly. He also gave us a few restaurants recommendations that I appreciated a lot. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back soon!!

George's apartment is modern, beautifully furnished and well located. My family and I enjoyed staying here and felt right at home. All the amenities (TV, oven, air con) are easy to use, and the rear garden is a total sun trap. George is also really quick at replying and very helpful, with questions and advice.

Excellent location to leave the car and explore Cinque Terre. 5 min walk to train, 6 min walk to large grocery store. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the patio listening to the birds. Ground floor so no stairs. Place is a bit dated but functional.

Absolutely stunning. Perfect place to stay to visit cinque terre. Amazing deal for such a nice place. 10 minutes walking to the nearest train station which has a fair amount of trains per day to cinque terre. The next closest station (La Spezia Centrale) is still very close and has plenty of trains (10-15 minute drive away). Furthermore, the host provided two bikes which made everything easy. Super friendly host, spotless place. The free coffee is also very good. Neighborhood is very peaceful, zero street noise. There also happens to be a very friendly neighborhood cat across the street. 100% would recommend.
