The room is located in an ancient alley of the village, Via Sant’Antonio, and has two large windows overlooking the sea; it is a short walk from the train station, Marina di Riomaggiore and the main street of the town.

"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

The beach, center, restaurants, station, and ferries are within walking distance. A unique place to spend mornings drinking coffee and evenings sipping local wine, admiring the sunrise and sunset in the front row!🌅🍷 *If there are more than 2 of you, we recommend the apartment for families! There is little privacy.

Wake up to the sound of the Ligurian Sea and step onto your private terrace overlooking the Gulf of Vernazza. Just beyond the front gate, a staircase leads directly to the rocks and the water, your own private access to the sea, steps from your door. Private parking with direct access to the entrance driveway; bathroom with shower; large and bright living area with sofa bed, kitchen and balcony with full sea view; upper floor with bedroom, wardrobe, desk and dresser. The house has a large terrace as well as a garden. The independent entrance allows for social distancing.
