Beach house vacation rentals in Italian Riviera

Everything is as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

Absolutely gorgeous place with incredible views. Great location - steps from the beach and also the train. Rutger was extremely helpful & available for communication. We stayed for the tennis tournament and regrettably did not get to spend a lot of time enjoying the gardens, but we definitely hope to be back!

Having a garden and upstairs terrace looking out to sea is a huge plus to this house. The nearest swim point at 3 minutes also fabulous, beside Le Moure Rouge cafe. The bed linen is absolutely divine. We liked the fact it was 20 mins fast walking to Cannes centre, or a frequent bus service up to 9pm, along the lovely sea front. We used Uber to get home from town in the evenings. Pascale was very helpful, great check-in with her.

We stayed 3 nights at the house, the host Pierrick was very friendly and super helpful. The house was perfect and well-equipped in every respect. The 4 rooms were comfortable and well laid out. The heating was great. The jacuzzi is a real treat! A place we'd love to come back to.

Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's also a great base for exploring all the main points of the French Riviera. If you're still hesitating, make a quick decision :) You won’t regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Giovanni’s place is just charming and cozy. It has all the amenities that make your stay pleasant. He welcomed us with a bottle of sparkling wine, fruits and pastries. The apartment is in the old town of Monterosso, a walking distance to the train station, the beach, many good restaurants, the blue trail…Giovanni is very responsive to our questions. He is a really “ super host” . We had a wonderful stay in Cinque Terre, thanks to Giovanni!!!

Charlottes Place was beautiful with plenty of natural light and large rooms. It was perfect for a family get away- very good location which was close to the port and lots of restaurants near by. The concierge, Firas was wonderful - friendly, very responsive and gave us additional restaurant reconditions. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again when I go back to Nice.

The apartment with Yves corresponds very well to the description. It's a wonderful place to spend a relaxing time at the Cote d 'Azur. we really enjoyed every day. Yves is wonderful, very hospitable and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

A fantastic great house for me and my four kids and two respectively where everyone could fit in comfortable and spacious bedrooms with many bathrooms. I enjoyed the view every day with the mountains in my back and the ocean in front of me. Beautiful flowers and birdsong. Tips to buy 3 or 7 days card covering the region to be able to take train or bus along the coast. We took turns having dinner and eating together at the house every evening. A lovely stay.

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

We were pleasantly suprised at this property, it was even better than the pictures! The view really is superb. When seated on the patio there are clear sea views and the local calanque and hillside can also be seen. we spent a lot of time out there. Valerie was a perfect host, there to meet us and on hand with any queries during the stay. This was the perfect base for us to explore the coast to Cannes. If we visit the area again we would definitely stay here again.

Everything was as described in the property listing and in the reviews made by other guests and it isn’t going to disappoint you! This is just the right place for you if you’re looking for a peaceful accommodation in walking distance to the beach, the city and the train station in Juan-Les-Pin. If you don’t feel like going to the beach, you can take the 36 steps (or was it 37) to the pool, where you can enjoy the pool shared with some other people in the gated community. Most of the time we had the area for ourselves and sometimes there was lots of life, but never overcrowded. Close to the property you will find an excellent bakery, a very good fish store as well as a grocery and several butchers. I got only good things to say about our host, Maike. She is very responsive and does everything to make your stay as pleasant and convenient as possible.

The villa is superb and beautifully presented. The pool was used every day and we had a great stay. Pascale is an excellent host and very responsive. I’d love to return at some point in the future.

Catherine is a wonderful host! This place was perfect for a family of four and the view was stunning! We spent a lot of time - morning and night - on the terrace embracing the view. Everything we needed was supplied, including a fridge outside - that helped tremendously and allowed us to eat breakfast and dinner at the house. Catherine checked on us daily and gave us great recommendations to restaurants and ice cream shops which were delicious! A grocery store isn't far from the house and there is a path (short cut) that cuts down the time if you want to walk. Remember, you are carrying items uphill on the way back! It was a little chilly for the pool while we were there, but in warmer weather - what an addition to your trip! Not a far drive to Nice or Monaco! Thank you, Catherine and Sergey!

Maria Rosaria is a lovely host and her place corresponds to the description given. Welcoming, clean, close to the seaside. The kitchen is well equipped and everything in the apartment works perfectly. We stayed during winter and the heating was spot on. We have a little baby and Maria Rosaria also arranged a travel bed for her, which worked great. Both Maria Rosaria and her son are very responsive and present through the chats, the communication is extremely easy. The flexible checkout was also appreciated! I absolutely recommend, especially for families!

Beautiful house, close to the beach, large garden, very well-equipped kitchen.

This was an amazing stay. The view is beautiful. We had our own private oasis overlooking the area. It was amazing to watch the sun rise each morning over the water. Salt water pool was very nice. Plenty of chairs by the pool and a giant umbrella if needed. Outdoor shower, grill, and an outdoor sink. You should book this! Thank me later!

Tommaso is a nice and accommodating host. When he greeted us, he gave us a basket of products from his organic shop. He made a great effort to ensure that we guests were doing well in his house. He changed the gas bottles for the hot water and adjusted the heating on request and asked several times about our condition. We liked the vacation home very much, a top location right on the sea. The large terrace and dining area invited us to linger. In the house, everything is functionally furnished in a country house style, the kitchen small but nice, the bedrooms and the bathroom met our requirements. We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy our vacation. We will be happy to come back to Castelioncello. Thank you Tommaso for all your efforts and your committed demeanor. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. location is great, short walk to beaches, wonderful bakery and restaurants. Place was quiet, private and included all that we need - cooking, laundry, wifi, comfy bed, etc. Things to note - parking is a few blocks away, path leading to unit has stairs, and mosquitos in the garden area during our stay - perhaps not a year round issue. Overall, the place really grew on us and we would definitely stay again. Host was accessible and pleasant. Recommend for those looking for a relaxing getaway from the big crowds of Nice. It's close enough to get in the action if you want, but a nice reprieve.

Wonderful accommodation – Clear recommendation! My stay at Francesca's place was just great! The apartment was not only clean and cozy, but also equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Francesca was a wonderful host – warm, helpful and always available if you had a question. I am very grateful that I was allowed to stay here and felt completely comfortable. We had a wonderful stay at Pascals house. He is a great host and the communication was super kind and always helpful. 🙏🏻 We stayed for four weeks and didn’t want to leave, since we truly felt in love with this stunning view and the location. The house really comes up with everything you can ask for. Was super clean and everything was well prepared for our arrival, including towels and bathrobes for us. Amazing! The house is located in a gated community area and is quiet and far away from the troubles in Cannes. We enjoyed the relaxation and the calm view on the ocean. The only little improvements we would share: the garden suffered from the heat and needs a little helping hand. But other than that, we really liked the green surrounding. There is no air con on the upper level, but you can flood the space with fresh and cold air by opening all windows. We want to thank Pascal for the great time we were able to spend at his house and we will really, really miss the fantastic view. This is outstanding! Thanks so much.
