Superb duplex old Antibes very central AC, terrace

We spent such an incredible month in this apartment that it was difficult to leave! We loved everything about it! Located on a quiet street off the square in Vieux Antibes, it was walking distance to the entire area! The Picasso Museum, Fort Carre, Port Vauban, Juan les Pins, the lighthouse and the beach all within walking distance. There are 2 grocery stores nearby and of course, a wonderful boulangerie/patisserie. The train station was also nearby, so we were able to visit Nice, Cannes, Menton, etc. Our downstairs neighbor was extremely kind and welcoming. There is a lovely terrace off the top of the unit where we enjoyed our lunch everyday overlooking the rooftops of Antibes! The apartment had everything we needed, including a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a stair/ladder leading to the top level where there were an additional 2 single beds...We were there in March, so although there were a lot of tourists around, it was not overwhelming. We can't wait to return!

This is a gem! The apartment is easy to find with ample parking, super cosy and comfortable. Tommaso is easy to communicate with and very helpful. We were unlucky with the weather but thankfully could take the short walk into Barga when we needed and relax in the apartment the rest of the time. Thank you!

Very pleasant stay, Tobias is very friendly and caring, his accommodation is perfectly thought out for an idyllic stay. And cherry on the cake, take the time to have a drink at Üga its wine bar in the old center of Montalto and enjoy its beautiful selection of wine.

We visited Genoa and Cinque Terre for Easter and the apartment was perfect to start our beautiful vacation .The host Massimo was proactive, friendly and ready to help us at any time, in fact he exceeded our expectations , I don't think I can recommend any other apartment in Genoa than Massimo's for location, cleanliness and flexibility, we will definitely come back!

Amazing. View of one of the most beautiful bays in the world. Can walk to Old Town in 3 minutes, Bakery in 2 minutes, shops in 5 minutes. Train station 10 minutes away. The apartment was spotless and modern and comfortable. Very quiet. Didn't want to leave. Thank you for sharing you wonderful apartment!

Oliver is a very present and absolutely responsive and helpful host. The apartment is as shown in the photo and the location is absolutely perfect. In the apartment there is everything you need for a stay of three days or more. The cleanliness also met our expectations. The accommodation is close to the center and the Croisette (10/15 min walk). The neighborhood is very quiet and the terrace pleasant and without immediate vis-à-vis. The apartment is generally well appointed, and looks even bigger than the pictures! On the other hand, it is sometimes difficult to find space to park, but we always end up getting there. Very good contact with hosts, very warm welcome:) We recommend it!

A perfect stay at Rita's. With her husband François, our hosts gave us a very nice welcome and responded to all our requests. The accommodation was as described and located in a very quiet area of Le Cannet, close to the center of Cannes. I would highly recommend it!

The stay was great, and Rolf is great! He accompanies us at check-in and check-out, in addition to giving all the necessary information. It was excellent, and it has a large parking lot inside the property that is excellent for those traveling by car. The place is close to the historic center and has a great location, and the entire tour can be done on foot for those who like to walk. I loved the stay.

The apartment is extremely comfortable and very clean. The furniture is modern and very well maintained. It's exactly as shown in the photos. The location is really convenient: in a 10-minute walk you reach the waterfront, and the path is entirely flat. To load and unload the car we got on the sidewalk in front of the entrance, without however creating an obstacle to traffic, which is not particularly intense in that stretch of road. We had no difficulty finding (free) parking a stone's throw away. In high season I imagine you have to opt for parking at the sports field, however not far away. The lack of elevator is not felt because the 3 flights of stairs have few steps. Silvia was very helpful and available both at check-in and check-out. Very positive experience! The availability of a microwave would have been the classic icing on the cake :) But 5 stars really fully deserved.

We had a wonderful vacation and I would highly recommend this place. To really enjoy it, you should arrive by car, as it is surrounded by nature and somewhat secluded. However, this is a great advantage, because the surrounding landscape is beautiful and invites you to explore and enjoy. It offers a great contrast to the days when the nearby cities and tourist attractions are visited.
