The apartment is based at the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an antique Tuscan building: the sealing in wood and the stone walls are all authentic! You'll find a very cosy and unique atmosphere made by the care for details and love for my home. En-joy it! The apartment has been detailed designed and renovated taking care of original stone walls from XVI sec, original marblekitchen sink, wood ceiling, parquet floor. The new balcony (with the view on the old tower) makes special every moment of the day surrounding by seasonal flowers and strawberry: enjoy at breakfast or for an aperitivo tasting a glass of Chianti wine or watching the full moon in the night. The little town of Pistoia surprises with its discreet charm enclosed in alleys and squares decorated with historical monuments and palaces, testimony of an ancient artistic past. The house is set in a natural environment, the outdoor spaces are managed by a small certified organic farm, the crops present are olive, vine and bitter oranges. In the winter, the pellet stove needs cleaning and refilling. The times to access the stove will be agreed upon with the guest.

The rooms, located on the second floor of a house from the 1700s, with a separate entrance, offer a wonderful view. Provided: safe in each room, TV, mosquito nets and awning, tea and coffee corner and relaxation corner in the garden under the house. Cleaning and sanitizing - every two days - with antivirus protocol products registered in the posted sheet. Linens changed midweek.

Luxurious and spacious apartment, located in front of the beach overlooking the promontory of Portofino from the living room and bedroom. To ensure peace and quiet, the rooms are equipped with double windows. The bathroom has a separate bathtub and shower. The separate studio is equipped with a TV. Very comfortable for the beach that is located in front of the apartment exit. .
