Fantastic B&B in the heart of the Tuscan hillside, run by the warm and welcoming Lizzy and Lorenzo. From the moment we arrived, we felt like old friends. Their genuine hospitality shows in every detail—from the delicious breakfasts with homemade jams to their thoughtful local tips. The rooms are spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, offering a serene escape with the charm of the countryside (and the occasional friendly cat). The location is ideal for exploring nearby towns like Peccioli, Volterra, and San Gimignano. Lizzy’s recommendations led us to a local brewery, farm shop, and dairy—all wonderful. A glass of homemade wine shared one evening summed up their heartfelt hospitality. This stay was unforgettable thanks to the stunning setting, amazing food, and, most of all, Lizzy and Lorenzo’s kindness. Highly recommended!

Je recommande ce logement ! Maria a été incroyable avec nous. Dès notre arrivée, elle est gentiment venue nous récupérer à la gare de La Spezia. Elle a pris le temps de nous expliquer les divers transports en commun que nous pouvions utiliser durant notre séjour. Nous avons très bien été accueilli chez elle. Les photos sont fidèles à la réalité. Salle de bain privé, ce qui est très rare de trouver en Italie ! La chambre était toute mignonne, avec un accès à la piscine et un petit déjeuner au top ! Nous remercions Maria pour ce séjour merveilleux et nous conseillons fortement cet endroit.

If the place is available, simply book it—you won’t regret it! The area is peaceful and beautiful, and the property is superbly clean and fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, there’s a fantastic espresso coffee machine, the beds are comfortable, and even wireless chargers are provided for phones. Breakfast was exceptional—it was unreal to wake up to freshly baked bread and vegetables from the garden. All in all, you won’t regret staying here!

We loved our breakfasts every morning that we were able to choose the day before and eat on the patio. They were on time and great selection of food. The room was perfect. Nice bedding and great shower. Rafaella picked us up at the train station when we arrived because it was raining so we were super appreciative of that. The shortcut that she described really was only 5 minutes from the train station but uphill so would have been difficult in the rain. Thanks so much for a fantastic stay!

Superbe séjour dans cet atypique logement ! Fabianna est vraiment une hôte formidable, qui a le souci de proposer à ses clients une expérience parfaite : tout est très propre, le petit déjeuner est superbe avant de partir pour de longues journées dans les 5 Terres, et Fabianna est toujours disponible pour proposer les meilleurs conseils de restaurants ou activités ! Le logement, en plus d’être idéalement situé dans Levanto (restaus, plage, gare, tout est à moins de 5min à pied), est atypique avec cette impressionnante « grotte » et son espace extérieur calme. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement, vous serez aussi ravis que nous l’avons été !

Wir planten einen Kurzurlaub, weg vom Altagsstress. Tatianas Unterkunft ist dafür genau das Richtige! Am Abend hört mann nur die Stille und die Geräusche der Natur! Herrlich! Jeden Morgen gab es ein Frühstück vor die Türe, welches aus selbstgemachten Zutaten bestand (Brot,Ei, Honig etc.). Tatiana war immer schnell erreichbar und hilfbereit. Danke für alles! Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist ein wenig speziell, jedoch für sichere Autofahrer mit einem Personenwagen durchschnittlicher Grösse gut machbar. Auch dahingehend wurden wir vorgängig gut beraten. Wer Zeit für sich will und nicht tägliche Unterhaltung von aussen benötigt ist genau richtig!

Il B&B di Valerio è ben posizionato nel tranquillo centro di Monticello, vicino ad Alba e tutti i centri principali del Roero e Langhe. La struttura del B&B è moderna e funzionale, la camera ed il bagno pulitissimi e particolari. La colazione è buona ed abbondante. Valerio è stato gentile e cordiale e ci ha dato ottimi suggerimenti su cosa visitare e sui ristoranti dei dintorni. Molto consigliato.

Il nostro soggiorno nella casa di Anna è stato meraviglioso… la casa corrisponde esattamente a quanto descritto. Anna ti fa sentire a casa, si prende cura di te, è una persona estremamente piacevole e accogliente. Ci ha dato consigli utilissimi sul luogo e sui ristoranti locali migliori. La casa è arredata i maniera unica, gli interni sono ricercati e ogni dettaglio non è assolutamente lasciato al caso. Che dire della colazione, buonissima con ottimi prodotti locali e un camino acceso a rendere l’atmosfera unica. Per noi è stato veramente un soggiorno memorabile , una delle migliori esperienze su Airbnb. Grazie Anna, continua così 🙏🏻

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans les Cinque terre. La chambre de Cristina est très agréable et appréciable sur de nombreux points : sa vue imprenable sur le village, son petit jardin en hauteur, sa proximité avec les sentiers de randonnées, sans oublier sa propreté et sa literie très réparatrice et confortable ^^ Cristina est très accueillante et anticipe parfaitement l'accueil.Le must, le petit déjeuner qui nous était servi au bar, dans l'ambiance du village, était digne de sa sensible considération pour les hôtes! Un grand merci!

Très bon petit séjour chez Delphine, logement très bien décoré, très propre, très spacieux, la literie est super confortable, la vue sur les montagnes depuis la chambre est superbe, et quand on est installé sur la terrasse avec le p’tit dej’ elle est encore plus belle 😁 merci pour ton accueil et tes recommandations pour une petite balade avec notre petit bout, ( les bouquetins étaient au rendez-vous, jusque sur la route au moment de repartir 😄 )

Ghislaine est accueillante, disponible et ses conseils sont éclairés. La piscine à débordement et la vue de la chambre Jeanne sont un vrai bonheur !! Le logement est fonctionnel mais manque de rangement pour les vêtements. L’emplacement est idéal pour qui souhaite visiter la Côte d’Azur néanmoins il vaut mieux être véhiculé pour se rendre à la plage ou au restaurant ! Stationnement facile dans la rue. Le réfrigérateur commun est utile ; si vous pensez dîner sur la table commune extérieure pensez à prendre de l’anti moustique !! Le petit déjeuner se prend dans la véranda ; Le café est très bon et le reste classique. Une précision, l’endroit n’est pas accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux chez Frédérique ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été tres bien accueilli . L'appartement correspondait parfaitement à la description et aux photos très charmant, mais également très bien situé, ce qui nous a permis de découvrir facilement les beautés du paysages . Frédérique est une très bonne hôte , toujours disponible pour donner des conseils sur les meilleurs endroits à visiter et les restaurants à essayer. L'ambiance était amicale et conviviale, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.😁 Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit à quiconque souhaite passer un bon moment. C'était une superbe expérience et nous avons hâte de revenir pour profiter à nouveau de l'hospitalité de Frédérique et de la beauté de ce paysage 🏔️

Weekend fuori porta in 3. Debora è stata veramente molto gentile e disponibile in tutte le nostre richieste sia quelle che riguardavano la piccolina (culla e seggiolone) sia per orario check in. Abbiamo chiesto informazioni e altre cose ed è sempre stata molto attenta ai nostri bisogni. Ci siamo sentiti ascoltati e capiti. Lo raccomandiamo e se ricapitiamo a Torino ci torneremo . We were in Cecina for a few days and had a good time at Benedetta's. We spontaneously arrived earlier and were then allowed to check in with self check-in - it was no problem at all. All the rooms were very clean and everything was furnished with attention to detail. The breakfast was delicious and we got great tips on what we could do (even without a car). The other guests were also really nice. Thanks for the stay!!
