Beach house vacation rentals in Island of Ortigia

Paolo à été réactif suite à notre demande de dernière minute, arrangeant pour déposer nos sacs avant le check in normalement prévu, de bons conseils pour les restaurants. activités à proximité, petite plage à 50m, logement bien équipé parfait pour une famille.

Marcello nous a accueilli chaleureusement au sein de son logement. Il parle très bien français et nous a recommandé des restaurants et des visites à faire à côté du logement. Il est très réactif, une super communication. C'est un super hôte. Son logement est magnifique, parfaitement situé, propre avec tout le confort nécessaire, identique aux photos et à la description. Nous pouvons garer notre voiture dans la cour intérieure ce qui est un réel +. Se réveiller avec vue sur la mer, c'est vraiment exceptionnel. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans son logement, partager une sortie en mer avec Marcello. Merci beaucoup pour votre bienveillance.

Vittoria's apartment in Ortigia was well located to all major sites in Ortigia in comfortable walking distance. There is plenty of room in the 3 level apartment with nice beds and comfortable furniture. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies although we did not cook in the apartment. Vittoria was proactive in correspondence and was quick to answer any questions. We were met upon arrival and shown a nearby covered and attended parking garage that cost 15 euros/day. Apartment was explained to us upon arrival and there were recommendations for local restaurants, several of which we used and were happy with. The apartment is new with up to date appliances including a washer and drying rack. There is a rooftop terrace which we saw on our first day but were unable to use due to rain - in nice weather this looked like a great spot to relax with views over the town. We would highly recommend Vittoria's apartment for anyone looking to explore Ortigia.

Even nicer than we imagined- the patio is right off the bedroom making it super easy to use for breakfast and afternoon drinks. It has the best view in the city!

We had a lovely stay at Elena's accomodation in Syracuse. The house was just as advertised, really well equipped, very clean, spacious, air con in every room, very comfy bed, and the terrace was so beautiful. We absolutely loved it. Helena was a great host, very quick to respond and so helpful too.... brilliant. It's a little bit of a walk into Ortigia from the accomodation but if you don't mind the walk then it's accessible on foot! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this accomodation.

A beautiful and comfortable apartment - one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Lots of cool design features - and a record player to play some retro tunes! Really good location too, slightly removed from the madding crowds of Oritigia, overlooking a shady courtyard.

Francesca ist eine super aufmerksame, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Top! Das Haus hat eine herausragende Lage direkt am Meer in den Klippen aus Tuffstein. Es ist geschickt, schön und praktisch eingerichtet und nutzt die 70qm perfekt aus. Fazit: Für dieses Haus und diese Gastgeberin würden wir wiederkommen. Viele überzeugende Details wie die Jalousien und die Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Viele Sitzplätze im Freien auf der Sonnenterrasse oder im Schatten. Reichlich Kissen und Decken. Umfangreiches Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe und Pfannen. Dank der Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion haben wir einen Backofen nicht vermisst. Alles gut zu beleuchten. Im Sommer kann jeder Raum einzeln klimatisiert werden. Das Doppelbett im zweiten, mit eigenem Eingang und Bad abgetrennten Schlafzimmer ist ein französisches Bett, sollte man einkalkulieren. Schwimmen direkt am Haus ist nur bei ruhigem Meer möglich. Plemmirio ist öde, aber Syrakus nur etwa 25 Autominuten entfernt.

La verdad que la estadía fue excelente. Nos fueron a buscar a la terminal de bus y al final de la estadía nos han llevado también. Sin tener porque hacerlo! La casa estaba tal cual se detallaba en la plataforma, incluso mejor! Un lugar mágico. Los recomiendo 100%

Siamo stati accolti al nostro arrivo personalmente da Valeria e Giorgio con un caloroso benvenuto. I proprietari sono molto gentili, disponibili e discreti. La casa e la piscina sono come descritti nelle foto e la posizione è molto bella e tranquilla. La casa è molto funzionale, attrezzata di tutti i confort ed arredata con buon gusto. L’ideale per una vacanza in pieno relax in mezzo agli splendidi ulivi della tenuta. Non manca veramente nulla. Abbiamo trascorso una splendida settimana. Da qui si possono raggiungere facilmente in auto varie spiagge, la splendida Ortigia ed altre località famose. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura, dove speriamo in futuro di ritornare. Our stay at Respiro Greco with Ramona and Salvo was simply wonderful. From the first moment, we felt warmly welcomed and very well taken care of. The location is ideal – supermarkets, cafés, and small shops are nearby, and beautiful beaches like San Lorenzo, Noto Marina, and Fontane Bianche are only a short drive away. The historic center of Syracuse with its sights and excellent restaurants is also quickly reached. Ramona and Salvo were always available, very kind, and helpful. Their recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and places to visit were perfect. The homemade cake for Easter was a lovely surprise. The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. The pool was well maintained, Wi-Fi was strong, and the Smart TV offered Netflix and Amazon Prime for cozy evenings. Syracuse’s culinary offerings were a true highlight. If you want to fully enjoy Syracuse and its surroundings, staying longer is highly recommended. We will definitely return!

Our family of five had a wonderful time staying the Costanza’s Villa this June. Valeria & George were very warm and helpful on checkin and quick to reply to any questions along the way. The house and grounds are gorgeous, in fact the photos do not do it justice! The pool was a nice size, sparkling clean, and the perfect temperature. The villa is a 5 min drive from the beach, and 15 from Syracuse, and because of its location has a refreshing breeze. Highly recommend and we will book again next time we visit Sicily!

Splendida Villa immersa nel verde, dotata di tutti i confort, pulitissima ordinata e molto accogliente. Siamo stati benissimo. Posto molto tranquillo, Host gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo, è stato veramente un piacevole soggiorno.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the choice of outdoor areas and the pool. Sabrina was an extremely lovely and responsive host who made sure our stay was smooth. Arriving in Catania at 8am, we were able to do an early check-in which was much appreciated. Our children also appreciated the cats who came to say hi, it reminded us of ours :) We would definitely recommend Sabrina’s place.

This apartment was everything we needed and more for our 4 night stay in Ortigia. I can’t imagine a better location on the island. We were there on New Year’s Eve and the front door to the building was mere beyond where the authorities were holding people back for bag checks. Minutes before midnight, we breezed right into the Piazza del Duomo for the festivities

Francesca is a great host, she gave good info on neighbourhood and restaurants in Ortigia. She was so flexible for check in and check out. The place was well maintained and clean. The out door area is great: sitting space in shade, great terrace and garden (the boys loved it to football). The beach at 5 min walking is beautiful

Varco28 liegt sehr schön und ruhig am Rand des Naturschutzgebiets. Von hier aus haben wir wunderbare Radtouren kreuz und quer über die Halbinsel Plemmirio, nach Ortigia, in den kleinen Hafen Ognina oder an die Strände von Fontane Bianchi unternommen. Auch die Felsennekropole Pantalica, die auf einer stillgelegten Bahnstrecke durchradelt werden kann, ist nicht weit entfernt. Das Haus ist komplett und bestens ausgestattet, mit ausgezeichnetem WIFI und sonnigen wie schattigen Plätzen im Außenbereich. Wir wurden von Fabio und Terry sehr herzlich und mit netten Aufmerksamkeiten empfangen und haben uns 14 Tage lang sehr wohlgefühlt.

Dario fue un estupendo anfitrión. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ La casa está en el corazón de Ortigia. Una zona estupenda. El alojamiento es pequeño y acogedor. Tiene todo lo necesario para una permanencia agradable.

Très bien accueilli, sur des horaires flexibles, dans une petite impasse sécurisée, nous avons profité d'un beau logement bien équipé avec des petites attentions très agréables. Immergés dans le quotidien des italiens, nous étions aussi proche de l'activité touristique d'Ortigia. Vraiment, un séjour très agréable qui nous invite à revenir. Un grand merci à Maria.

el apartamento está en una zona tranquila a 1 km del centro turistico de Ortigia. es un departamento q de afuera es viejo pero cuando entras es super moderno, agradable, muy bonito Francesca estuvo siempre pendiente y sus instrucciones fueron clarisimas !!
