At walking distance from the Cala Rossa beach and access to the Solarium, near Pubs, Pizzerias and Restaurants, the stop of the electric bus is close to home. L 'accommodation is suitable for couples, business travelers and families (with children). Angela and I shall strive for excellent reception.

It consists of a cozy kitchen, a living room with a loft on which there is the bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a 20 sqm terrace, equipped with Wi-Fi. It is furnished and cared for in every detail to make your stay truly comfortable. The "Self Check-In" service is active, but I always prefer to personally welcome my guests.

A spacious bedroom is highlighted by a four-poster bed with soft drapes. The room features warm red tile accents and a modern sink, complemented by a large area rug. Natural light filters through a nearby window, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.
