Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Island of Ortigia

The stay in the house from Paolo was wonderful. We loved to be in the middle of the island. We’ve enjoyed also the style of the house, the pictures, the lights, the furniture and how you’ve renovated the house. There is everything you need nearby. Paolo gave us helpful tips for restaurants and we’ve eaten fantastic during our stay. We loved the island Ortigia - the culture, the buildings , the places, so many artists in one spot, the life music! It is the best way to explore the south-east from Sicilia! We will come back to Ortigia and recommend to stay in this house.

Vincenzo’s place was a perfect relaxing spot in Siracusa. It is 15 mins drive from Ortigia and close to beautiful beaches. Vincenzo was a perfect host, super communicative and helpful when we had to cut our stay short due to a family emergency. we would definitely come and stay again.

Sicily has 2 of it's finest ambassadors in Elena and Angelo! Generous, warm, but most of all, amazing people that could not do enough for you to ensure a wonderful stay. Where else can you get amazing wine tasting, pricky pears and dolce that is world class. Without doubt a memorable stay, with memories that will last a life time with my father. Great stay in the house and on this beautiful coast near Syracuse. The house is refurbished, very functional and beautifully decorated. It is very well equipped. Very nice bedding. Bikes are a plus to visit the surroundings! The neighborhood was very quiet because out of season. The garden is beautiful with a lemon tree that gives delicious fruit. A small grocery store next door where there are delicious homemade Sicilian specialties! Everything was perfect as well as Desirèe's welcome! Can't wait to come back!

Dario was a great host. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The house is in the heart of Ortigia. A great area. The place is small and cozy. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

This place is a dream. A great kitchen with everything you need, pans, utensils, spices, etc. A super comfy bed. The best shower I’ve had in Italy, a rain shower head. I will be back! Enza was so kind and helpful.

Ale and Paola were very nice and flexible with our stay (both check in and check out) their home is beautiful, quiet and comfortable. There are several spaces to rest and share with your family or friends. The garden is beautiful, the terrace is super rich for a drink while watching the sunset or eating on the table outside getting a little breeze. The photos are just like the house, it has everything you need and they as hosts helped us with very interesting recommendations. The house is located in a strategic place from which you can visit various places like Noto and Ortigia, in the latter we took a boat ride with a friend of Ale. We also went with Salvatore, also recommended by Ale, to his wine bar to have some delicious wines, hams, cheeses, olives and pizzas made by Salvo! We would definitely come back to Ale's place and follow his recommendations! Thank you for everything :)

it's nice villa divided into 4 independent flats , located in the center of the village and surrounded local citizens and houses within specific Italian atmosphere 😀. Flat is modern and very nice with the huge terasse, but pure internet. There is absolutely nothing to do around except beautiful sand beach in 10 min by car. We always used car to reach Syracuse, Ragusa or any restaurant or supermarkets in Avolla. As a summary we would highly recommend for a couple of days if you have a car.

The house was perfect for a weekend away with friends. Well equipped house and close to the beach.

We recommend Catherine's place, it is welcoming, nicely decorated, with an amazing shower... the environment is quiet. There's an overhead projector with netflix, it was great. Catherine is a very nice, commucative and intentional host. Thank you for everything

Villa was one of our best AirBNB experiences ever! Elisa is so hospitable and kind, was always ready to advise! Elisa assisted with transfer, ordered us pizza when we arrived (flight was delayed and it was already too late to go for dinner). Villa is a large and beautiful place for stay, so clean, with everything could be needed during vacation! Location is perfect especially if you have a car- 2 minute drive or 19 minute walk from beautiful sand beach (perfect for children!), product shops also close. For fish and seafood -10 minute drive. Amazing Siracuse for evening walks -20 minute drive. If you are searching for great sea experience at Sicily - no doubts that Villa will be the right choice! Elisa, thank you ♥️

Lucia and Michele's house is truly one-of-a-kind! It's brimming with personality, boasts astonishing views, and is incredibly functional. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome. Lucia greeted us with a warm smile and a delicious local wine, and she was overflowing with helpful tips and recommendations for exploring the area. The house is beautifully designed with a tasteful interior and an abundance of natural light. As an avid cook, I was thrilled with the kitchen – it's a dream come true! We will definitely be back!

It truly was a home away from home. Beautiful furnishings. Comfortable bed. The host was very responsive, when we discovered we needed additional kitchen items. It was private and conveniently located.

I stayed for 7 days. A truly unique place with every detail. You have a lot of space to enjoy the after sea and you can also enjoy the pool that is cleaned every day. The garden speaks for itself... and the house has all the necessary amenities and accessories. Great for families! Nearby sea! Also a great location because if in the middle of all the cities to visit such as Modica-Noto-Siracusa, etc. Sofia and her husband are people to take as an example, elegant, fit and cheerful. Ask them for tips for anything, especially for restaurants, rotisseries, ice cream parlors, and places to visit. I can't wait to come back as I love the place and Sicily!

This is a beautiful private Villa where you really feel at home. The home was very comfortable and the garden and patio areas were wonderful. We enjoyed the garden and the hammock and being able to hear the sea. Sea views from the upper level, easy walk to the water. Rocky water edge but very nearby sandy beach access. I hope to stay and visit this area again someday.

Best holiday for a long time, the villa was great the pool was nice and deep so we could dive. Sebastian the host was fantastic very supportive and always in contact. I couldn’t recommend Sicily and Sebastian’s villa more!

We had a wonderful stay, the house is modern, clean and very well equipped. Terrace, garden and the pool are very nice, there is plenty of space outside to relax. Giuseppe is a great host, communication was very fast and friendly and we got a lot of useful hints. Everything was perfect and we already recommended the accommodation to friends.

A friendly and convenient family home in a beautiful natural setting. The panorama of the sea and the lighthouse is breathtaking. The garden is very large and full of little nooks to discover. Large eucalyptus provide their shade and music from their leaves. The summer kitchen is a real pleasure. There is also a wonderful outdoor shower and you can shower there while looking at the stars. The villa is within walking distance of access points to the sea on the rocks more or less easy to borrow. We are in a natural reserve area and the seabed is beautiful. Sandy beaches are accessible in a few minutes by car and are very beautiful. The supply of food is easy. The welcome is incredibly kind and attentive. Thank you Maria.

Casa Ferdinando truly stands out with its unique charm and breathtaking location. During our stay, we felt time slow down—a rare and precious experience in today’s fast-paced world. Arnaldo was exceptionally responsive and a pleasure to communicate with, making the entire process effortless. Not a day goes by without us fondly reminiscing about our time at Casa Ferdinando.

There were five of us. Gaetano welcomed us as a real gentleman, sweet, nice and helpful. Despite the hellish heat we were able, at least at home, to enjoy a glacial climate😅 (w the air conditioning). The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare delicious dinners that we enjoyed under the beautiful porch. House clean and tastefully decorated. Finally, it's different from the usual standard homes. Washing machine, parking, dishwasher(super for those who plan to cook😊).. well, we had a really good time. 🙏🏻
