Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Island of Ortigia

Rigenerata e rilassata è dir poco, il giardino è bellissimo e curato la casa ha tutto quello che cercavo e molto stilizzata, al centro di diversi ristoranti, stabilimenti balneari attrezzati, mare fantastico e molto pulito, farmacie e mini market che mi hanno reso il soggiorno più facile, per non parlare della bellezza di Siracusa e la sua parte archeologica , bellissima ! Posso prenotare per l’anno prossimo?

La maison de vacances parfait avec des enfants au bord de la plage pour se détendre et profiter. L’extérieur était très grand pour jouer et manger ou lire un livre. La plage très proche a pied et confortable. Un petit supermarché à coté pour dépanner. Plain de jouets et livres pour notre fils. La maison très bien équipé pour cuisiner et avec des affaires de plage. En résumé, très recommandable! Et la météo fin avril / début mai nous a bien accompagné avec plain de fleurs sur les chemins et de bonnes température pour se baigner dans la mer

Sicily has 2 of it's finest ambassadors in Elena and Angelo! Generous, warm, but most of all, amazing people that could not do enough for you to ensure a wonderful stay. Where else can you get amazing wine tasting, pricky pears and dolce that is world class. Without doubt a memorable stay, with memories that will last a life time with my father. The stay in Sarah’s house was great! Everything was as described with a great barbecue spot, clean rooms and a well equipped kitchen. The beach is just a short walk away and it’s one of the nicest spots on the islands if you want to go for swim. Sarah was always easy to reach, super friendly and proactive. We can highly recommend her as a host!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour ! ( 2 adultes / 2 adolescents) La maison est comme dans la description. Le quartier est calme. Le jardin est top. L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter la région de Syracuse. Ballade à pied très agréable dans la réserve naturelle à 300 mètres . Desiree a été très attentionnée .

Dario fue un estupendo anfitrión. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ La casa está en el corazón de Ortigia. Una zona estupenda. El alojamiento es pequeño y acogedor. Tiene todo lo necesario para una permanencia agradable.

This place is a dream. A great kitchen with everything you need, pans, utensils, spices, etc. A super comfy bed. The best shower I’ve had in Italy, a rain shower head. I will be back! Enza was so kind and helpful.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der schönen und grossen Villa von Francesco sehr genossen. Sowohl die Villa, wie auch der phantastische Pool waren blitzsauber. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und angenehm und die Lage ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Villa ist somit sehr zu empfehlen!

Natalia's villa was perfect for what my friends and I needed. It was centrally located and very safe. It was our first time visiting the area, our flight was delayed, and one suitcase did not arrive on time. Natalia and her sister, Marcella were very understanding. Marcella was so great! Making us feel welcomed on the spot. The villa is very spacious..More space than we 3 needed but perfect for spreading out after a day of sightseeing. The views are spectacular, the people, warm and friendly. There is a Lidl up the street from the villa where you can easily get anything you might need for your stay. The kitchen is very well equipped with full size fridge and anything you might need to prepare meals at home. We can not say enough about this lovely property. We will definately be back! Salvo was a great host. Responded quickly to communication and went above and beyond what is expected. Really appreciated his help with storing our luggage. The apartment is only a short walk to the city center and Ortigia and was good value for money. The free breakfast at a local cafe/bar was lovely and a real bonus.

The house was perfect for a weekend away with friends. Well equipped house and close to the beach.

One of the best places we have been.. The villa is super cozy and you feel right at home! Also, Federico is a great host, he was always responsive and helpful, and gave us useful recommendations on the dining and things to do in the area. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Villa was one of our best AirBNB experiences ever! Elisa is so hospitable and kind, was always ready to advise! Elisa assisted with transfer, ordered us pizza when we arrived (flight was delayed and it was already too late to go for dinner). Villa is a large and beautiful place for stay, so clean, with everything could be needed during vacation! Location is perfect especially if you have a car- 2 minute drive or 19 minute walk from beautiful sand beach (perfect for children!), product shops also close. For fish and seafood -10 minute drive. Amazing Siracuse for evening walks -20 minute drive. If you are searching for great sea experience at Sicily - no doubts that Villa will be the right choice! Elisa, thank you ♥️

It truly was a home away from home. Beautiful furnishings. Comfortable bed. The host was very responsive, when we discovered we needed additional kitchen items. It was private and conveniently located.

Great place to stay – the photos really do it justice! Simonetta was a fantastic host – she met us on arrival, gave us a full tour of the property, and was always available on Messenger for any help or local recommendations. The home and pool were both very clean, and the location is peaceful yet convenient – just 10–15 minutes from Syracuse with plenty of incredible restaurants and the property was easy to find. You will definitely need a car, but it’s absolutely worth it for the comfort and setting. We had a lovely time and would happily stay here again if we’re back in the area. Thank you, Simonetta!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem schönen Ferienhaus auf Sizilien! Die Außenanlage ist wirklich ein kleines Paradies – eine grüne Oase mit viel Platz zum Entspannen, Spielen und natürlich dem tollen Pool, den wir alle sehr genossen haben. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert, und auch wir Erwachsenen konnten herrlich abschalten. Das Haus selbst ist gut geeignet für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern – alles war sauber und funktional. Die Küche ist funktional ausgestattet, aber da wir meist auswärts essen waren (was auf Sizilien sowieso ein Genuss ist!), hat uns das nicht gestört. Insgesamt haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Auszeit!

Alles sehr gut. Das Haus ist genial um eine schöne Zeit zu verbringen. Viel Umschwung. Sehr gut für Kinder. Am meisten hat mir die grosse Aussenküche gefallen. Die Nähe zum Strand von Fonte Biance ist auch genial. Alles in allem kan man perfekte Ferien in diesem Haus verbringen.

Pictures cannot really reflect how beautiful this place is! The amazing view from the large terrace shows all the beauty of the rich Sicilian landscape: the sunrise from the sea, Etna with its clouds and always present smoke trace, the cow bells as the only sound you hear …. The house and the garden are made with love and are a perfect place to stay! Many places to visit are within a short drive - great location that allows you full privacy as well as many sight-seeing possibilities. What makes you feel at home from the first moment - are the very welcoming and kind hosts, Grazia and Antonio. They thought of everything when preparing the house for us. They are always available for answering questions and help. Great suggestions for places to see and to eat. Thank you for everything Grazia and Antonio!

Very nice place. We love all facilities outside: kitchen, shower, patio, fireplace.Every room is air conditioned. One thing that I will change are beds which were uncomfortable.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Martina dans les environs de Syracuse. Nous étions un groupe de 17 personnes, et c'était idéal avec une salle de bain dans chaque chambre, une cuisine professionnelle (idéale pour faire venir un chef à domicile), ainsi qu'un espace piscine immense ! L'emplacement est très calme, au milieu de champs et de vaches. Martina a été très flexible pour notre départ, ce qui nous a permis de profiter de la maison toute la journée du dimanche. Sony nous a aidé pendant tout le weekend, ce qui était très sympathique. Il faut quand même savoir que la maison se trouve à 25 mins de la ville, il faut donc prévoir des moyens de transport si vous souhaitez visiter la ville de syracuse, ou sortir diner (la maison est assez isolée).

Alessandro und Valentina gehören zu den herzlichsten Vermietern, die wir je erlebt haben. Nicht nur, dass Alessandro uns in Syrakus abgeholt hat, er hat uns gleich noch die Gegend gezeigt, Supermärkte, Restaurants empfohlen, sogar vor der besten Bäckerei in Cassibile (Panificio Nanè) gewartet, bis wir Brot etc. eingekauft hatten. Und als wir ein Auto mieten wollten, um die Gegend zu erkunden, hat er uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Es war jederzeit ein wunderbarer Kontakt zu den beiden. Das Appartement ist großzügig für ein Paar, die Terrasse der absolute Hit: ein fantastischer Blick aufs Meer. Wer also die Gegend erkunden will, ist in Fontane Bianche bei Alessandro und Valentina bestens aufgehoben. Man fährt tagsüber nach Noto, Syrakus, Modica und entspannt abends im Appartement. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht, die Betten sind sehr bequem, das Bad perfekt. Die Adresse ist eine absolute Empfehlung. Wir kommen wieder :) !!!

Très joli maison et beau jardin et belle vue dur mer. Patio agréable et accès mer au bout de la rue. Produits de première nécessité mis à disposition. En revanche voiture obligatoire pour se déplacer et balade en poussette compliquée si vous prenez la nationale. Emplacement parking utile mais possibilité de se garer à l'extérieur. très bon séjour.
