Amazing house by the seaside with two terraces

Super bright house located by the seaside of the beautiful Ortigia island. Fully restructured and decorated with creativity by design enthusiasts. Two large terraces with an amazing sea view to have dinner with friends or just to relax, in the same street as the entrance to the house, there is both a guarded car park that also issues a pass to be able to drive in all the ZTL areas of Ortigia, and a HERTZ car rental, certainly two very convenient and important addresses for tourists.

I had an amazing stay at Alfredo's place in Syracuse, Sicily. Alfredo was an outstanding host, always incredibly helpful and quick to recommend the best local experiences. He suggested a wonderful wine tasting that was a highlight of our trip and guided us to beautiful nearby destinations like Noto and Ortigia. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located for exploring the area. I highly recommend staying here for an authentic and enjoyable Sicilian experience! Thank you Alfredo!

We stayed for almost a month. It was a great choice. The location was perfect to walk around Ortigia day and night and very close to a local market. There was also a big supermarket(Deco)within a 15~20 minutes walk. Isabella was superhost to me:). She always responded very quickly when we had a question and tried to help alot. Most of all, the place was so clean(She changed the towels and bedding every week!!!) and the kitchen was so well equipped. It was a ground floor so it was a bit dark but overall this apartment was great! Highly recommended!

Small house next to the owner's but a separation is made so that everyone maintains their privacy. The house is very well-equipped for a short or long stay. Great location to explore the Plemmirio Reserve while being a 20-minute drive to downtown Syracuse. Small rocky beach very nice 4 min drive to the accommodation. Salvatore is a very welcoming host and available as needed. We recommend this place if you're visiting the Syracuse area. Great value for money.

Very pleasant and quiet house in a clutch of streets near the sea about 15 minutes drive from Syracuse. The gardens are very pretty and immaculately maintained and the kitchen had an excellent supply of cooking equipment. The property is spacious and airy with good bedding and air-conditioning. Shower was very clean with strong pressure of hot water. As other reviews have noted there is no Wi-Fi but the 4G reception is excellent and I was able to use that for video calls et cetera so not a major problem. The host was very prompt and efficient in communicating and was super friendly when we met them at the house.

Giuseppe and his son was very friendly and helpful. They are indeed great hosts! They gave as instructions for the public transport and even prepared everything for the coffee and breakfast! Beautiful large apartment in a perfect location. Just steps from the ocean. The place is very spacious and clean. There is no oven but the stove works well. The bed is a bit squeaky and the couch as well. The neighbor is also very particular about how you close the door into the palazzo and confronted me and guests many times. The hosts are wonderful! Kind and very responsive. ❤️
