Vacation rentals with a home theater in Island of Hawai'i

We wish there was a higher level than super host! It takes a certain type of person to open up their home to strangers. Dani & David are gracious, welcoming, caring, knowledgeable, supportive and fun! We have never used Airbnb before and boy did we luck out!!! We decided to take an extended stay in Kona, living and working from there. We wanted to feel the comforts of our home while being away for so long. Dani & David have made the last 6 weeks so perfect and have exceeded all of our expectations and then some! The home is fully equipped with a wonderful kitchen, as a chef there wasn’t anything I was lacking to make meals during our extended stay. Beach equipment, snorkeling equipment, great restaurant, grocery shopping and sight seeing advice & tips. There hasn’t been anything lacking or missing for us! When Dani learned I had sensitivities to soaps & other products, she bought hypoallergenic laundry soap & cleaners! Mahalo Dani & David, we look forward to seeing you again

Absolutely loved our stay at this condo unit in the Big Island! We stayed for four nights, and every moment was perfect. The unit was immaculate, with everything beautifully set up for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better; it was close to local attractions, beaches, and restaurants, groceries, and still offered a peaceful escape from the more crowded spots. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped. The view of the golf course from the lani is beautiful. What really stood out was the attention to detail; from beach gear to extra towels and local guides, everything was thoughtfully provided. This place truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located, and beautifully maintained rental on the Big Island.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rose’s Airbnb! The unit is ideally located in the heart of Kailua-Kona, making it incredibly convenient to explore beautiful coastline.​ The garage parking is a big plus. The unit was exceptionally quiet with a lanai offered a serene spot to enjoy the view while having morning and evening meals. The kitchen is well-equipped. I was pleasantly surprised by how many useful items were available (usb cables, snorkel gear, beach items, etc). Had I known, I could have packed much lighter!​ Rose, the host, was incredibly helpful and attentive. Her hospitality truly enhanced the experience.​ I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Kailua-Kona!

Really great to stay at Joy and Brandon’s Jungle House on the Big Island. Lots of space and bedrooms for a big family gathering and lots to do in the area around Hilo, the volcano park and the black sand beach. We had a great Christmas adventure there and were even able to cook up a turkey and ham with all the fixings with the amenities provided! We had a few issues with supplies and laundry but Joy and Brandon took care of everything quickly and had good advice about what to do right away. I would definitely go back and grateful for the great time my family had together and Joy and Brandon’s hospitality.

Such a beautiful place! We felt fortunate to have been able to stay here…loved the outside spaces and the pool. The bed was super comfortable, we slept really well there.

For full disclosure and transparency, this is my second time staying here. Price did go up but because of my experience the first time I stayed here I was willing to pay the higher price but once again it was worth it. Jason was friendly and was very quick to respond to any question that we came up with. Enjoyed our stay here and if available we’ll be back. Oh my goodness, the place was more beautiful in person.. highly recommend this place. The view from the pool made me feel like I was in a movie. Jason was a wonderful host !

Staying at Jason's place is an awe-striking experience. The house is extremely spacious and clean, equipped with everything you might need. My favorite part is sitting in the hot tub while enjoying the breathtaking ocean view. Convenient location while surrounded by the lush trees to ensure privacy and peace. Jason is the best host ever. Very friendly and proactive, yet I didn't feel social pressure at all as an introvert. It's so stress-free, inspiring, and dreamy. I feel lucky to stay here! I can't wait to come back again with my family.

Everything was as advertised! It’s small but efficient, has hot water, a mini fridge and a microwave. Comfy bed and a small lanai which was nice. There was even a small hot tub (which we didn’t use) and a grill area if you’d like to grill out. He’s a great host and communicated well. Parking was not great, but that’s a condo thing. It’s there, just not assigned and on a first come first serve. Plus the gate decided not to work the morning of our checkout (no fault of his though!) This is no 5star accommodation but it’s exactly as advertised. Mahalo!

Great place, literally paces from a BEAUTIFUL lagoon and beach filled with turtles and fish. Nice quiet road dotted with 4 or 5 beaches/parks, and about a 3 mile drive to the shops/grocery stores to keep the kitchen stocked. Also had a French press so we could enjoy our fresh Kona coffee every day.

Beautiful views. Nice compact space. Kathy was very responsive when the air conditioner went out and had it fixed right away.

Our condo had a nice view and was comfortable, the location is great, next to beautiful lava pools and a beach park. We had a great meal across the street at Seaside!

Amazing place! Clean and full of basic things like shampoo and conditioner and basic pantry items. Loves that it was right across from Magic Sands beach. The beach shack there is great for Açaí bowls and coffee in the morning as well as amazing fish or shrimp tacos!

Vista Waikoloa A301 was a beautiful condo to stay in. It was more stunning than was described. It is in a community that has everything. Hopefully I will return to the big island and Brendan’s beautiful condo will be available.
