Milka is a great host, very flexible and helpful and friendly. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the shower hot and powerful and newly installed. There is so much choice for food and drink, would particularly recommend la Piramide for the best mojitos we have ever had for a bargain 6 euros. Also walked to a few different beaches which are clean and well looked after. Would recommend!

Amazing holiday in your apartment, so we'll equip and homely. Loved that we didn't have to buy oil for cooking or soaps and cleaning equipment. Bed linen and towels were super clean and it was great that there were extras. Would highly recommend. Thank you again, I hope everything is in order.

Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable. On était toujours très heureuse de rentrer le soir dans l'appartement de Juan Francisco après une journée pleine d'activité pour se reposer et se recharger. On a bien profité de la jacuzzi et de la calme dans cet appartement moderne et apaisant. De plus, on savait que Juan Francisco étais toujours bien présent, au cas où on avait un besoin. On est très heureuse d'avoir passer une semaine à la Manga et nous avons déjà de la nostalgie pour ces vacances sublimes. Merci à Juan Francisco😊

L’appartement est très grand, très bien amménagé et équipé.Le descriptif de l’annonce est fidèle. Le quartier est calme et tranquille (juin)avec des commodité proches . Pas de problème de stationnement . La communication est réactive et cordiale.

Wow! If you have the chance, book ii! You will not find a more beautiful place or better location. We marveled at every gorgeous designer detail, from the luxury baths to the chef’s kitchen, set in a spectacular loft. It’s in the middle of upscale shopping and restaurants, walk a few minutes to everything right out your door. The host was friendly and instantly responded to messages - including great restaurant advice. Go to Mares Brava for the best local seafood and hidden beach! We chose Cartegena by chance because it was on our driving route across Spain. . We were so surprised by its beauty and quality of life. Lots to do and see. The Roman amphitheater was a highlight, maybe a 5 min walk. There is a set of stairs up to the apartment but very easy. Highly recommended!

Wir durften spontan länger bleiben, das sagt ja wohl alles. Es war eine super Zeit und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We have just come back from a 5 night stay at this villa and everything was beyond perfect! Antonio sent super clear instructions and directions a couple of days before our arrival, along with the house manual. We travelled with our 16 month old baby and all the equipment we needed was provided with no additional cost. We paid to have the pool heated (which I highly recommend!) as it meant our little one could enjoy it too without getting cold. The villa itself is super spacious and very clean and tidy. Antonio and Elena have provided lots of amenities to ensure you have everything you need for your stay. Antonio was super responsive and checked in with us most days. We had the best time making memories here and hope to come back again soon! Thanks so much 😁

Wonderful and comfortable place. Very spacious and packed with everything you need for an excellent stay. It is within walking distance of downtown and near all the attractions but on a quiet area. The garage is a most welcome feature. If you have a car, the beaches recommended by the host are a few Km away and worth the travel. Would definitely come back.

la casa es muy bonita y limpia. Tenía todo lo necesario y estaba muy bien equipada. la zona de la piscina es muy bonita y más de noche. la cocina es muy amplia disfrutamos cocinar en ella. los dueños estaban siempre disponibles para cualquier cosa. lo único malo esque no es accesible para minusválidos. un consejo para los dueños deberían de poner un pasamanos en las escaleras de la entrada porque mi madre es de avanzada edad y lo hechó en falta. En general la casa es muy recomendable.

If you want to spend time in a calm and beautiful place close to the sea, this cozy house is your perfect choice. The house is small and cozy, has a lovely design, and has everything needed inside it. We were in love with the terrace. I want to say a huge thank you to the Fátima, who was so friendly and supportive during the whole period. If you lack impressions, in 30 minutes by car, you can see a lot of beautiful natural spots, castles, and interesting towns with old architecture. It was a great vacation; thank you, Fátima.

Desde el primer momento que realizamos la reserva y durante toda la estancia Alicia fue muy amable y simpática, nos ayudó y asesoró con todo. La casa es increíble, fuimos un fin de semana y nos hemos quedado con ganas de repetir, hemos disfrutado mucho, muy buena localización y totalmente recomendable.

No le doy 10 estrellas, porque no hay. Si fuera una nota numérica, sería un 11 sobre 10. Antonio es un anfitrión muy amable, atento, siempre pendiente de que estemos bien y vayamos a lugares de ensueño. El apartamento está ubicado en una urbanización privada, con dos piscinas y jacuzzi en cada una de ellas, jardines muy bien mantenidos y una comunidad de vecinos tranquila. Recomiendo encarecidamente alojarse en cualquier apartamento de Antonio. Muchas gracias por todo de parte de las tres, Antonio.

Fernando muy amable, nos dio en todo momento instrucciones claras, útiles y precisas, nos recomendó sitios para visitar que estaban fenomenal. El piso concuerda con las fotos y con la descripción. La piscina una pasada, con jacuzzi y todo. Los vecinos tranquilos. Y el aire acondicionado que funciona muy bien, se agradece, ya que estuvimos en días de mucho calor.

A beautifully furnished and well equipped apartment. Our favorite parts were the wall of windows letting in natural light, location above excellent tapas, and San Francisco square in its grand ficus trees just around the corner. Short walk from the bus station and near everything. Communication with Araceli was swift. Great value!

wij verbleven met 4 personen in een mooi duplex appartement dat zeer goed uitgerust was en goed gelegen tussen Murcia en Cartagena. Vriendelijk onthaal en duidelijke uitleg en instructies.

Sr Antonio sempre esteve a uma mensagem de distância. muito atencioso, flexível e atencioso. Certamente alugaria muitas outras vezes sabendo que ele é o proprietario de algum imóvel!

Amazing place wonderful hosts. Views were amazing . Enjoyed every moment. Even the hosts responses to anything needed or ask was delt with immediately. Can’t commend this place and people enough 5 star ⭐️

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.
