Fantastic apartment on the sixth floor, ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, with everything you need to have a good stay at the beach. The best is the terrace and its views. Well-located development with a good pool and parking. Kitchenware and appliances in good working order.

the apartment was nice we had very noisy neighbours for a week we were really nervous and on edge we will not be going back to el rincon cos of that and we really did used to like that area spoilt it

The apartment is as described. The area is great because you can reach many beaches. We arrived late and their parents gave us the keys. They are very kind. I recommend this apartment. To do the shopping you have Mercadona, Lidl and Aldi and 2 Chinese shops if you are missing something for the beach.

A fresh and modern apartment with all the comfort that one needs. It was nicer than the pictures. Nothing to complain at all. If we go there again, I would book this apartment again.

Mari Carmen is very friendly and helpful from the moment you make the reservation. The apartment is very comfortable, located in a quiet area, it is impeccable and has all the kitchen accessories. It was a great touch to leave us pastries, milk and coffee for breakfast. We will definitely be back

Lovely place to stay, close to fabulous beaches and great restaurants. Francisco is a wonderful host, made us feel very welcome and added those little touches to make you feel at home. Highly recommend this place to stay - has everything you need plus more!! Will not hesitate to come back.

Thank you Jan, we had a very nice week with the kids. The apartment was clean, no complaints. The pool was a stone's throw away and the beach was a 6-minute drive. To be repeated. and I'm not forgetting Sarah who gave us the keys, very nice👍

Everything as advertised. Very nice pool. It had air 3 air-conditioned. The only thing for putting on something is that the pillows and mattresses were a little uncomfortable. The sofa bed is very fair for two people to sleep. Otherwise everything was great. To repeat.

The apartment is stunning.The beds were extremely comfortable. The showers were powerful and hot. The kitchen equipment including pans knives etc were all top quality. There was toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, washing powder for the first few days. Plenty of towels and extra linen. We had a six week stay and would love to return. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic host, great communication, very attentive and helpful with any requests. I arrived in the area earlier and was thankfully able to leave my luggage at the property before check in so that I could explore. The apartment was clean and comfortable and within walking distance to the beach to watch the sunrise. Muchas gracias, σευχαριστω πολύ!

Both Liz and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sophie’s . It was as described, close to the beach, restaurants , pubs.A wonderfully comfortable place to stay and very safe and secure.The roof terrace was the icing on the cake, a fantastic place to hang out in the evening with a glass of wine. We will be booking again in the future.

Peters place was exactly as described. My mother is in a nursing home in the next street so was a fantastic location for us. Can’t wait to go back in the summer to make use of the large balcony too

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend a visit. The property has spacious rooms, nice decor and a fab solarium. It's is a perfect location to reach beaches (about 15 mins by foot) Very close to Punta Marina shopping centre and all the restaurants and from there it's easy to explore the wider coastline and towns of Playa Flamenca and on to La Zenia and all they have to offer. Shaun was a perfect host. I'm sure we will be back!

The apartment is very good, neat, with everything you need for cooking. They left us very nice details such as a vinito, water, cookies, coffeecito. The view of the apartment is stunning, my favorite place was on the armchair next to the window. The color of the water. The tranquility. We went in March, asique had very few people. At 500 meters there were places to eat and supermarkets. We didn't want to leave

Had a lovely short break with the family. Theodora and David were great with communication. Check in and out was so flexible. Apartment was lovely and clean and we really felt comfortable and at home. Kids asked if we could go back again at the very start of the trip. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and decorated to a high standard with all modern furnishings. The position of the apartment gave a lovely view of the pool and gardens. We thought that the apartment was ideally located for the supermarket and the shopping centre is literally across the road. This caters to all needs, relaxation and retail therapy. A car is advisable if you wish to go farther afield. If I may make one small suggestion, the shower trays can be very slippery when in use, so maybe add shower mats to the bathrooms. All that being said we would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to future guests and also returning ourselves at some point in the future. Very enjoyable stay.

Jirij was a kind, friendly and responsive host. He even messaged to enquire if we got home safely. Our flight was early, but jurij stored our luggage until the apartment was ready. The supermarket was in the same vicinity which was a plus. We have stayed in the area quite a few times, but this was by far the best. The boulevard and numerous restaurants are all within walking distance as is the beach. We will definitely be back Highly recommended.

It made our stay in Águilas easy with a pet and a baby almost 3 months old. It had everything you needed. Quiet location to rest and a few minutes' drive to Águilas, with everything necessary for a family and not having to eat out all day, in addition to having a community pool that allows you to enjoy a swim comfortably.

We had an unforgettable week. We were always very happy to return to Juan Francisco's apartment in the evening after a day full of activity to rest and recharge. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the calm in this modern and soothing apartment. In addition, we knew that Juan Francisco was always available, in case we needed anything. We are very happy to have spent a week at La Manga and we are already nostalgic for this wonderful vacation. Thanks to Juan Francisco😊

The host (Ingrid) sent us clear details and photos on how we could find everything that made the arrival very easy. Contacting Ingrid is also very easy and Ingrid always responded kindly and quickly. Photos matched the listing. We enjoyed sitting there and there is plenty to do in the area. I definitely recommend this place. It was clean, well located and Ingrid arranged everything. I didn't have to worry about anything!
