The Khaleesi Flat - 180m from the beach, centric

Piso Khalesi is a centrally located flat, recently refurbished and fully equipped, which is 180 m from the beach, 250 m from the well known "Curva" and has all amenities, restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance (the supermarket is directly below). It is ideal for families who want to have everything close by without the need of a car. The nearby beach of Villananitos has a diverse gastronomic offer, beach bars, public services, mud and the port.

My house is beautiful, old, family, functional. I maintain it with my artistic soul, its price corresponds to its age, I love it, it's a way of life. If you like new, refrain! 4 bedrooms (8 beds), 2 bathrooms with toilet + 1 toilet, large living room. Sunshine, water temperature: beautiful. Mountains, palm grove, sea, fishing village, sea shuttle, diving, sailing, surfing, cycling, hiking, Carthaginian Iberian culture, calm, delicious in all seasons.

Mountain House

House with unobstructed sea views, 200 meters from the beach. The house is ideally located, very quiet, and comfortable (renovated in 2022). There are stairs: four steps from the dining room to the living room, and the bedrooms/bathrooms are on the lower floor. Access between the parking area and the house is via a pedestrian path in good condition, but not suitable for people with reduced mobility (approximately 50 meters).

There is a beach "del mojón" about 300 meters away although difficult to access for young children and the elderly. There are other fine sand beaches about 5 minutes away by car and a dog-friendly beach also 5 minutes away
