Casa cómoda y tranquila a pocos minutos del centro de Sevilla.

L’appartement était spacieux et propre. Toutes les instructions étaient claires et précises. L’appartement était bien situé près de tout. L’hôte était très réactif pour répondre à nos interrogations. Je recommande vivement cet endroit!

Mi experiencia ha sido muy positiva. La cocina estaba totalmente equipada, Nordi tenía todos los utensilios necesarios para pasar unos días, cafetera, tostadora, platos, vasos, cubiertos, horno, microondas, una buena nevera y menaje suficiente. El baño estaba limpio, olía muy bien, se veía impecable, Nordi dejó papel de wc disponible, jabón y gel y es de agradecer. Las habitaciones impecables, tienen todas armarios, colchones muy buenos así como las almohadas, sufro dolor de espalda y he dormido como un bebé. El salón grande con TV plana enorme y un sofá que se convierte en cama enorme! Muy muy cómodo. Había servilletas de papel para las comidas. En general Nordi tenía el piso impecable. La zona era tranquila, se podía aparcar perfectamente y tenía acceso rápido de salida a la carretera. Nordi ha sido muy amable con Nosostros, nos ayudó en todo momento y estuvo muy receptivo a todas horas. Salimos muy contentos del piso y de la atención recibida con el anfitrión. Lo recomiendo al 100%

Estuvimos muy cómodos. La ubicacion es muy buena y es un barrio tranquilo con zonas para poder pasear con nuestro perro

Ana Maria is very kind, warm and caring host. The house has a lot of character and very comfortable. Although it's clear that the place is a work in progress, it was perfect for us and was a very relaxing stay especially after the busy 3 weeks of traveling around Andalucía. It's proximity to the airport made early departure easy. The property is quiet and it was a true delight to watch the peacocks! The kitchen is well equipped and Ana Maria provided tons of supplies for breakfast and snack. The delucious home made egg and potatoe tortilla and eggs from her chickens were a wonderful surprise when we arrived. The wonderful wine tasting with the homemade pate and the local cheese was so much appreciated, especially given the what the family was going through at the time. Thank you for very much Ana Maria for your kindness and hospitality!

todo mejor de lo que esperábamos, una casa amplia, limpia y mejor incluso que en fotos. Sin problemas para comunicarnos con los anfitriones, con instrucciones claras para entrar y salir. La casa muy equipada y el sitio perfecto. Repetiremos sin duda. Gracias!

Juan Manuel fue un huesped super atento y dispuesto a solucionar cualquier duda que tuviesemos. La casa era tal y como se anunciaba, con un monton de cosas que hacer y con un huesped que nos animaba a hacerlas. Nuestra estancia ha sido un autentico placer y esperamos volver mas veces!!

Nous avons apprécié le standing élevé ce bel appartement atypique sur 6 niveaux. La literie est très confortable et aucun détail n'a été laissé au hasard (température, éclairage, échantillons de gel douche, shampoing, après-shampoing et crème de corps rituals dans toutes les salles de bains, etc). La rue n'est pas très passante, aucune nuisance sonore. L'appartement propose des espaces extérieurs (patio et terrasse) bien agréables. Un supermarché se situe à deux pas de l'appartement, ce qui est très pratique. Le quartier est tranquille, peu touristique, plusieurs bars à tapas non loin où reigne une belle ambiance festive. La ville est atteignable à pied sans problème. Si toutefois le taxi est préféré, le trajet ne coûte que peu.

A experiência foi fantástica! Obrigado Maria por toda a ajuda e constante comunicação. Muito prestável e atenciosa. No fundo reúne tudo aquilo que uma reserva de Airbnb deve ser. Um exemplo a seguir por outros proprietários.

Tres belle maison qui correspond à la description faite dans l annonce. Tres propre, confortable, cosy ( couvertures supplémentaires disponibles) L hote cherche à nous satisfaire et est tres reactive. Une grande générosité concernant tous les produits de menage et de premiere necessite( papier toulette, lessive, liquide vaisselle, pates, cafe, epices) Beaucoup d ustensiles de cuisine 🧑‍🍳 Un bemol toutefois: travaux en cours autour de la maison / chiens bruyants la nuit.

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour avec mon mari, mes deux filles et un couple d’amis avec leurs deux filles . Le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos. Il est très grand, très agréable, très bien pensé et sécurisé. Nos enfants de 2 à 11 ans ce sont beaucoup amusés . Le logement est très propre, dans un très bon état. Aucun ménage n’est à prévoir en partant, les propriétaires s’occupent de tout ce qui est non négligeable quand notre vol retour est à 7h du matin. Merci encore pour tout

Un endroit parfait pour un séjour en famille. Un hôte disponible, à l’écoute. La maison est très bien équipée et entretenue et les extérieurs sont hyper agréable. L’aéroport et le centre de Séville sont accessibles en voiture. Une adresse à retenir!

Très belle maison avec toutes les commodités, spacieuse, très bien équipée, quartier paisible, métro à 10mn à pied. Merci Marta pour la mise à disposition des fournitures essentielles (épices, savon, équipements de maison...)

We enjoyed our stay and the accommodation was well located for exploring Seville in a area with lots of bars and restaurants but still peaceful and quiet in the place itself. You can walk to the various sights easily from here. The underground parking was a bonus to leave the car.

Amazing place, very great host, supermarket close by and cafes and restaurants within walking distance We also caught an uber into the city for just 16 euros. Great place to stay

logement propre et parfait pour profiter de Séville. Le centre ville est facilement accessible en bus avec les lignes 37 et 1 qui sont à 5 mn à pied. Jorge a été extrêmement disponible et aimable tout était parfait. je recommande. Le tarif est un petit peu élevé tout de même pour la prestation.

A lovely interior designed apartment with great outdoor space and comfortable bed an easy 12 minute drive to the centre of Seville from the house and some great long rural dog walks a short drive away. Just be aware no oven in the kitchen but plenty of delivery options if you don’t fancy going out to eat. would stay again

Perfectly located attic apartment. The terrace is the standout aspect of this place. Plenty of bars and cafes nearby. Close to all tourist sites. But peaceful at night too. Could do with being stocked with a few kitchen basics (e.g. coffee pods for the coffee machine, washing up liquid). But otherwise everything was spot on.

What an amazing and beautiful place to stay! The unit is clean, comfortable, spacious and feels very high end. The rooftop decks are wonderful with a beautiful view of the cathedral at night. Perfect space for our family and well set up for a couple with two grown kids, with one bedroom with two beds downstairs and a master bedroom and its own bathroom upstairs. The location is on a quiet street and is walkable to all of the major attractions in Seville, along with some excellent shops, restaurants and the waterfront. Brad is an excellent and accommodating host, one of the best we've interacted with over multiple airbnb stays. He is very communicative, has great recommendations and is very mindful of creating a perfect experience. The only thing to keep in mind is that you need to be comfortable with stairs to get into the unit and to get to the upstairs bedroom with your luggage.
