My experience has been very positive. The kitchen was fully equipped, Nordi had all the necessary utensils to spend a few days, coffee maker, toaster, plates, glasses, silverware, oven, microwave, a good refrigerator and enough utensils. The bathroom was clean, smelled great, looked spotless, Nordi left toilet paper available, soap and gel and is to be appreciated. The pristine rooms, they all have closets, very good mattresses as well as the pillows, I suffer back pain and I slept like a baby. The big living room with huge flat TV and a sofa that turns into a huge bed! Very comfortable. There were paper napkins for meals. Overall Nordi had the apartment spotless. The area was quiet, could park perfectly and had quick exit access to the road. Nordi has been very kind to Nosostros, helped us at all times and was very responsive to all hours. We leave very happy with the floor and the attention received with the host. I recommend it 100%

Ana Maria is very kind, warm and caring host. The house has a lot of character and very comfortable. Although it's clear that the place is a work in progress, it was perfect for us and was a very relaxing stay especially after the busy 3 weeks of traveling around Andalucía. It's proximity to the airport made early departure easy. The property is quiet and it was a true delight to watch the peacocks! The kitchen is well equipped and Ana Maria provided tons of supplies for breakfast and snack. The delucious home made egg and potatoe tortilla and eggs from her chickens were a wonderful surprise when we arrived. The wonderful wine tasting with the homemade pate and the local cheese was so much appreciated, especially given the what the family was going through at the time. Thank you for very much Ana Maria for your kindness and hospitality!

everything better than we expected, a spacious house, clean and even better than in photos. No problem communicating with the hosts, with clear instructions to get in and out. The house is very well stocked and the perfect place. We will certainly repeat it. Thank you!

Juan Manuel was a super attentive host and willing to solve any questions we had. The house was just as advertised, with a lot of things to do and with a guest who encouraged us to do them. Our stay has been an authentic pleasure and we hope to come back more times!!

We stayed 3 nights with my family of 7 people. The apartment was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The area is really quiet and the position is great! Just a little walk to the center. The area offers great and authentic restaurants. The check in was smooth, Karina was great. The assistance also was reactive and we didn’t have any issue. Perfect for a group of people.

Lovely place to stay Maria was a great host!

We had a lovely stay with my husband, my two daughters and a couple of friends with their two daughters . The place is even better than the pictures. It is very large, very nice, very well thought out and secure. Our children from 2 to 11 years old are a lot of fun . The accommodation is very clean, in very good condition. No cleaning is to be expected when leaving, the owners take care of everything that is not negligible when our return flight is at 7am. Once again, thank you for everything

We have spend a fantastic holidays. Martens house was perfect for us. Nice location closed to metro and supermarket.

I went with my family to Pedro's place and we had a wonderful time. Pedro has been attentive to our requirements, always being very kind and flexible. Her home is very nice and we were 5 people very comfortable. The area is very safe and in front there is an avenue where bus lines pass that take you quickly to the center of Seville. We are very happy with our stay in Seville. Thank you very much Pedro.

We enjoyed our stay and the accommodation was well located for exploring Seville in a area with lots of bars and restaurants but still peaceful and quiet in the place itself. You can walk to the various sights easily from here. The underground parking was a bonus to leave the car.

A very great apartment. Classy furnishings and very clean. Everything you need. It is located just outside the city but is very well served by public transport. The bus stop is just around the corner. Nestor was very accommodating and gave us many helpful recommendations beyond Seville. Check-in was super easy and straightforward. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

clean and perfect place to enjoy Seville. The city center is easily accessible by bus with lines 37 and 1 which are within a 5 min walk. Jorge was extremely available and kind everything was perfect. I would recommend it. The price is a little high anyway for the service.

A lovely interior designed apartment with great outdoor space and comfortable bed an easy 12 minute drive to the centre of Seville from the house and some great long rural dog walks a short drive away. Just be aware no oven in the kitchen but plenty of delivery options if you don’t fancy going out to eat. would stay again

Perfectly located attic apartment. The terrace is the standout aspect of this place. Plenty of bars and cafes nearby. Close to all tourist sites. But peaceful at night too. Could do with being stocked with a few kitchen basics (e.g. coffee pods for the coffee machine, washing up liquid). But otherwise everything was spot on.

Great location and very nice place

What an amazing and beautiful place to stay! The unit is clean, comfortable, spacious and feels very high end. The rooftop decks are wonderful with a beautiful view of the cathedral at night. Perfect space for our family and well set up for a couple with two grown kids, with one bedroom with two beds downstairs and a master bedroom and its own bathroom upstairs. The location is on a quiet street and is walkable to all of the major attractions in Seville, along with some excellent shops, restaurants and the waterfront. Brad is an excellent and accommodating host, one of the best we've interacted with over multiple airbnb stays. He is very communicative, has great recommendations and is very mindful of creating a perfect experience. The only thing to keep in mind is that you need to be comfortable with stairs to get into the unit and to get to the upstairs bedroom with your luggage.
