This place is the one of the best place that I’ve ever had stayed all my life. If I come Cambutal again I will definitely choose Emilie’s house. Not only the house but the area is amazingly breathtaking. BTW hospitality is also beyond of my expectations

We absolutely loved our stay at the Surfside bungalows! Guanico Abajo is such a cool little place off the beaten path if you really want to stay away from the tourist traps. There’s a surf break right out front of the property and Thomas and Linda have surfboards available for rent. There’s a couple little restaurants within walking distance and a fully stocked grocery store about a 10 minute drive away. We rented a vehicle for our stay, which was very helpful because it is a ways from amenities if you want to cook for yourself. The place had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. A cleaner came a week in which was a nice bonus and there’s a neighbour who will look after any laundry you might have. You can order pizza on Sunday nights from a local bakery, they also come by Saturday mornings with freshly baked croissants and other delicious pastries. There’s also a fruit and vegetable guy that comes by once a week so you can get local produce right at the front door.

An excellent place to spend time as a couple or with friends. The cabin is just as shown in the photos!! The host is highly recommended, with great communication at all times. The 4wheel made the difference as you can easily get around the island and go to the beach or eat at local restaurants. The pool is always delightful and clean, no complaints about this place, super recommended!!!

Great place to stay. Close to Playa Venao but gives you some peace and quiet away from the crowd. Very nice space all to yourself. Frances was amazing. Fantastic communication the whole time. Would stay again!
