Although it's a rustic homage to the lumberjacks and jills of yesteryear, this cabin includes many of the comforts we now enjoy including a queen bed, kitchenette with fridge, hot water, AC/heat, a Keurig coffeemaker, smart TV and charcoal grill. It is located on Long Lake just east of Iron River, WI, in Bayfield County. Fishing, bird watching, biking, cross-country skiing and hiking are great "silent sports" but the cabin is also only a few blocks from the Tri-County Corridor (the start of the Whistlestop Marathon) for exceptional dirt biking, four-wheeling and snowmobiling.
