Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

We have placed special emphasis on high-quality & comprehensive furnishings. The cottage is rural and idyllic in a former vacation resort and offers a lot of privacy.

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

The apartment 55 qm on the ground floor , 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 single beds on the upper floor, 1 bedroom with double bed on the ground floor),kitchen , shower / WC , terrace in front of the house . Currently: The apartment can be reached via a separate entrance in the courtyard accessible from the outside. Contactless key handover possible. The Wenkheimer Hof individual monument is located in the historic old town of Iphofen. In the courtyard of the building from the 16th century, a spacious and open-plan apartment (65 square meters) awaits you over two floors. The entrance is on the first floor.
