Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet angrenzend an einen Föhrenwald. In dieser 2 Zimmerwohnung befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit einem 140 x 200 cm großen Bett, welches zum Entspannen einlädt. Zusätzlich befindet sich im Wohn-Essbereich eine großzügige Couch mit Schlaffunktion für 2 weitere Personen. Das kleine moderne Bad verfügt über eine Regendusche.

In the sleeping room you find a kingsize bed with a 42 inch TV (Netflix) and a double bed on the plateau. The apartment is situated in a historical district with good infrastructure (supermarket, bakery...) and within a 10 minutes walk you will reach the inner old part of Innsbruck.

Im Inneren erwartet dich im Erdgeschoss eine im Jahr 2015 grundsanierte und moderne Wohnung mit 75qm.
