Beeraya Beach House was an unexpectedly amazing stay! I had come with my family to Udupi and booked the place instantly. Even without a personal vehicle, getting there was hassle-free — convenient bus connectivity from Udupi to Padubidri, followed by a short rickshaw ride to the homestay. Local rickshaws are easily available, and there are plenty of express buses between Mangalore and Udupi. The highlight of our stay was the host, Madhuraj — incredibly proactive and went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable. Truly commendable hospitality! The beach is very close, and you’ll find great vegetarian and non-vegetarian restaurants just a 10–12 minute drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful vibes, far from the hustle of city life. A perfect place for families and groups of any age. Thank you, Madhuraj, for a memorable stay — highly recommended!

Waking up to the sunrise over the water was a highlight of my trip The home was well-equipped with everything I needed – from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy and comfortable furniture. The outdoor seating area was perfect for enjoying the view with my morning coffee. The space was spotless and well-maintained. It was evident the host takes great care of the property. Stayed for 2 days. Good place to relax and enjoy with family. Property is hardly 100 metres to see and have sea view from bed room, living room and kitchen as well. Staffs are friendly and supportive. One thing to improve is the lift which makes sound while closing and opening. Recommended for someone who wants to relax away from city hustle.

Amazing place to stay. We loved it. The porch swing was a favorite with our kids. Latha was a great host and went above & beyond to make us comfortable and feel at home. We arrived late at night for our check in and she even had a small dinner prepped for us as she knew we had travelled all day getting there. The rental was exactly as described and the location was just perfect. Looking forward to another visit soon !!
