We had the BEST time at our girl’s weekend here. This spot is a hidden gem. Perfect location- took about 90 seconds to walk from the front door to setting up our beach chairs! From the moment we walked in, the place smelled clean and well taken care of. Lots of great restaurants nearby, and we were just a quick drive to Rosemary beach. We loved our stay!!!

Absolutely nice place to stay. The balcony was absolutely amazing. I will be rebooking some time in the future.

This is the cutest little condo. It's very well-decorated, and it was very clean when we arrived. We loved being able to walk right off the patio to get to the beach. We loved having breakfast on the patio every morning. All of the appliances worked, and I had everything I needed to cook. We could hear the people above us in the mornings, but they weren't too loud. I had to contact Brett once, and he responded very quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

Such a great location, quiet, family friendly area of 30a and right on the beach. We enjoyed coffee each morning on the balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The condo was clean and cozy and the beds were comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful, relaxing week!

We had a truly wonderful and comfortable stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized. Kristen was an exceptional host—very responsive, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. All of the instructions provided were clear, detailed, and easy to follow, which made settling in effortless. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, as well as numerous restaurants, cafes, and other local attractions. Whether we wanted to relax by the ocean or explore the area, everything was conveniently close by. We honestly had no complaints at all. The home was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. Overall, it’s a perfect spot for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing beach getaway. We would definitely love to return and highly recommend it to others!

We had a great time at this location. Just steps away from a private beach location and close enough to ride our golf cart to Seaside in less than 5 minutes! We will definitely be back!

This is my second time here and each time I leave I’m always so grateful for this little cozy Airbnb! Top notch hosts who are always quick to respond. The airbnb has everything you need PLUS beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to make the walk to the beach a breeze which is SO kind of the hosts to have for their guests. Carillon is one of my favorite places to visit in FL. Everything you need is right there and a publix and aldi are only 2 minutes away. They have a spa at the resort and adorable shops and restaurants. We love lake powell pizza, the little beach cafe and salty bottle and brew. The beach walkover is only a 5 minute walk through the Carillon neighborhood and all of the pools are top notch. I love the cleanliness of Carillon and this airbnb. The lake view is beautiful from the balcony. The Airbnb is so clean and they give you everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. You won’t regret booking this one!! Top Notch. Thank you for a great stay at your lovely condo! It was the perfect place for my solo getaway with my pups! Loved the privacy and private beach access across the street. Perfect location. Bed was super comfortable too! Very clean and had all of the amenities. Highly recommend to others and hope to stay again in my next trip!

Let me first say how amazing Yana was with communication, instructions, local hot spot knowledge, she knows her stuff when it comes to this area. We stayed for 5 nights at her place and it was everything we wanted in a condo. The condo is GORGEOUS, the scenery was so beautiful, and the quiet piece of town it is in, is perfect! I love the HOA rules, it keeps riff-raff out and you don’t have to listen to loud music, parties, or any other annoying distractions. We enjoyed our stay here, more than any other place! So this trip was for my 19 yr old son and his friend for their Sr trip ... several spots wouldnt rent to us. Damion did ... I booked the place and everything was great ... the unit is right next to the pool and super close to everything else. I would recommend thos place to anyone!

Jeff was a fabulous host and very communicative! We were getting in early to the area and found his beautiful space last minute and were able to book without any issue! We traveled with our 2 pups and they loved the space as well! The specific dog area on the property was very helpful and the “dog beach” in Panama City was within walking distance for our pups to enjoy the sand as well! Thank you so much for having us and we would definitely stay here again!

The condo was remodeled beautifully! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything looked brand new. Very easy access to the beach, and the attendants were great! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with since day 1 of making the reservation, and the check-in/out procedures were very clear. Two adults and 4 young adults stayed in the condo and we never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

An easy spot with easy access to both Alys and Rosemary beach. We rented bikes and rode around everywhere which was perfect. Beach access was a bit crowded but think that just comes with the area! We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Simon & Laura’s place! The location is perfect—just a short distance from the beach—and the home had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was how thoughtfully equipped the place was. They had beach chairs, an umbrella, and even a wagon to carry all our things, which made our beach days so easy and enjoyable. There were also so many other little extras that showed how much care they put into making guests feel at home. Another amazing bonus was the free shuttle service to the beach—it made getting there completely hassle-free. We really couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a convenient, well-stocked, and relaxing beach escape!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the condo. The location was perfect, since it was so close to the beach, shopping and restaraunts. The condo was clean, neat and spacious. It was well equipt with everything we needed. This was one of our best beach experiences and we will return!
