The house had all the essentials we needed, which made traveling with a baby so much easier and stress-free. It was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully stocked. One of the best parts was the location—a quick, scenic 5-minute bike ride brought us to the stunning Rosemary Beach. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful views made this trip truly memorable. The hosts were also fantastic—quick to respond and easily accommodated my requests. I would absolutely stay here again!

Loved the house. Had everything we needed. Neat circle with all the other houses and pool in the middle. Quiet and peaceful place. We will be getting this place for future trips. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Laura’s place was an absolute DREAM. She thought of literally everything you could need for a good vacation. The house is located in the cutest neighborhood, and there are so many restaurants/amenities around. The house was very clean, and Laura was very responsive to our needs. Would 100% stay again!

5 stars – Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful rental! The location was ideal—just a short low speed vehicle drive to the beach, so we could easily go back and forth all day. The property itself was stunning. The pool was a great bonus to swim in day or night. But our favorite feature was the gorgeous screened-in back porch. It was the perfect spot to relax by the gas fireplace, enjoy the fresh air, and take in the peaceful surroundings without bugs. Inside, the home was incredibly comfortable and high-end. From the cozy furniture to the modern appliances, everything felt luxurious yet inviting. The host was friendly and responsive which made the experience even better. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Highly recommend!

Absolutely lovely in every detail well communicated great location to 30a and close to pier park. Pool was amazing and professionally maintained Access to beach was impressive very little effort to enjoy a beach day easy paking great pathways to water. Interior is first class. And the accommodation for pets is a huge plus.

We had a great stay! The place was spotless, and the host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, yet very peaceful and relaxing. We loved having access to the golf cart, which made trips to the beach super easy. The beach itself was beautiful and was never crowded, which was a huge plus. The home is also very family-friendly. Our kids had a blast at the pool, and as parents of a baby under one year old, we really appreciated how well-equipped the place was—it made things so much easier. You had all your beach necessities there as well! We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We loved staying here! Such a lovely home w great furnishings and decor. Everything was clean, new & updated. Kitchen fully stocked, bath & laundry too, w all the toiletries & detergents, paper towels and TP. Back area was nicely fenced in and we loved the hot tub that we used every day! The pool was a 2 min walk away and was clean and nicely kept. We rode our bikes to Rosemary beach daily and our boys loved the golf cart ride to 30 Ave and the beach. Kelly was a great host, super responsive and kind. We will absolutely be back. Great experience!

We had the best time in 30A! Taylan was so kind and had great communication. The house was absolutely perfect and in the best location. Literally a 2 minute walk from the beach which was great for all the activities we had planned. There was 12 of us and the house fit us all comfortably. Pool was also nice and the house was secluded. I can’t wait to come back!!!

Cannot recommend this Airbnb enough!! The house was the perfect location right on the beach. Loved the screened in back porch and big kitchen table. Hosts were incredibly kind and responsive and truly went above and beyond to give us a great experience!

We enjoyed staying @ Michelle’s place! It was the perfect area. We walked to Pier Park & Dusty’s for lunch/supper. The house was super clean & Michelle was always very quick with responses to my question before the trip and also during the trip. We hope to come back and stay with her soon!

Beautiful home, beautiful area! The house is great for large families, and the furnishings are beautiful. The pool is excellent and the beach is close. After a walk around the bay and over the pier, you meet a quiet, serene, beautiful beach. This place is wonderful and peaceful. We loved it.

This place is wonderful! The home is right on the beach. There is a public access right next door but it is not an issue at all. The beach area isn’t crowded and the view from the two decks is terrific. Only a short 5 minute or so drive to many places. Groceries, shops and restaurants of the 30A area. Highly recommended.

The property was perfect for our family's getaway . The house is a spacious 4 bedroom and allowed plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The living and dining area were large and allowed for comfortable times together without being crowded. We had 3 children 9-13 and several sets of older grandparents. The one story was fabulous in being able to accommodate any and all mobilities of our family. The outdoor pool area was fabulous! Our children spent hours in the pool and the large covered area allowed for comfortable places to sit and watch the kids play. One of the best features is the location to the beach. You just have to walk out the front door, and cross the street and you are at a public beach entrance. You can be in the water within 3 minutes. The outdoor shower was perfect to get rid of sand. We loved that it was also on the quieter west end of PCB so not alot of noise and traffic. Overall it was our favorite beach vacation house. Already looking to book again.

This place was fantastic. I debated whether to stay in Rosemary proper or other surrounding areas given the reports of overcrowding but ultimately settled on Seacrest because of its close proximity to both Alys and Rosemary. That proved to be a great decision as we really enjoyed walking to Fonville Press in the AM, and then several nearby dinner options (Georges, The Citizen and Pescado) in the evening. The unit is also a very short walk to the beach and a lot of the social media posts about overcrowding were overstated in my opinion. Yes, the area is a little more crowded than most other beaches in Florida, but we walked the beach everyday and it’s not much better at Rosemary proper. We rented chairs in the second row and it was fine (I would actually prefer second row than first row to avoid dealing with people who seek to set up their chairs right on the waterline). One small tip to the villa owner at my girlfriend’s request: add a full length mirror somewhere in the unit!

All I can say is amazing!! The perfect place for a vacation!!! We enjoyed it fr the first step in the door to the day we left. We didn’t want to go and look forward to coming back. If you want the perfect spot and place to stay while I’m Seaside 30A this is it! Perfect home, perfect host!

Great stay, we will definitely be back! The house included every little thing we may have needed with much thought and care put into our stay. The host was super friendly and responsive.

We had the best time for 7 nights at Grand Sunset. Started off by Jen I reaching out to us early and letting us know the house was ready and an early check in was available. Very appreciated especially with a toddler traveling all day! It was the perfect location, only a few steps to the beach… and the beach access that isn’t crowded and over ruled like Rosemary. Pictures don’t show this but beach chairs and ping pong table in garage and an elevator which was clutch for all the stairs and unloading. The home was very inviting with its calm decor and had plenty of space for our three families. We will absolutely be back to this home in the future!

It was really enjoyable stay for our family. I booked this place very last minute and I don't regret it one bit about this place! I was able to communicate so easily with a host about everything. We will be definitely coming back for this place!

We had a fantastic stay at Jen’s beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and completely at ease. Jen has thought of every detail—from the stylish décor and spotless cleanliness to the well-stocked kitchen and thoughtful toiletries. Every amenity we could have needed was already provided, which made our stay seamless and stress-free. Starting with kitchen supplies like spices and cooking oils to all the beach stuff including a wagon, two umbrellas, beach chairs and towels. Jen provided 4 bikes which allowed us to take a bike trip down 30A. ( One of the handles on the bikes was loose and I asked Jen if she had a screwdriver somewhere in the house so we can tighten it and she was over in 30 mins to assist!) A special touch was the birthday décor, which made the occasion even more memorable since we celebrated my husband and dad’s birthdays. We truly felt cared for throughout our stay. This was the perfect getaway, and we will absolutely be back!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location is ideal—just a short walk/LSV ride to private beach access and close to a great selection of restaurants. One of our favorite features was the backyard with a screened-in porch, complete with a TV, dining table, and ceiling fans—perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal outdoors without worrying about bugs. The private saltwater pool was amazing, and the fenced-in yard made it feel extra private and secure. Having the LSV was a huge plus and made getting around town super convenient. This home had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommend!
