This place was great. Very convenient to the beach and lots of other places such as restaurants, stores. The place was very clean. Me and my family felt right at home. We loved it and really enjoyed our stay. Definitely 10/10 would recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again.

We have stayed here before and never disappoints. This place is in a perfect location directly across from a public access to the beach (#18) so just steps away. Gulf views from the upper deck while having your morning coffee. Close to restaurants and plenty to do.

One of the best rentals I’ve stayed. Everything was perfect! Ron and Yolie were amazing and very helpful. We are definitely coming back. The whole place was super clean and very nice. Location is very good, super close to Rosemary beach and Aly’s Beach

this town house was huge! we had so much room for family and your standing on the sand right from the back porch! I wish I could have stayed for a whole month. this location was top notch and worth every penny!

Jessica’s home was wonderful. It was updated, decorated very nicely and clean. Tons of instructions and amenities in the kitchen. The house is away from all the condos so the beach was not crazy busy. Would highly recommend!!!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. The pool was right across the street, which made it easy to get the little ones over and back. We took the golf cart to the beach park nearby, which was fun. The home was comfortable and furnished nicely. We had plenty of hot water for showers! Across the street was The Big Chill with many dining options, outdoor movies for the kids and music at night which didn’t go late, so it was quiet by bedtime. It was all great! The hosts were helpful, responsive and friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The home itself is beautiful, clean, and with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the golf cart and bikes! What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. Kristy was incredibly helpful and very responsive throughout our stay, answering any questions we had almost immediately and offering great local recommendations. We enjoyed being across the street from The Big Chill- coffee shop, restaurants, shops, nightly entertainment. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area—would definitely stay here again!

Perfect! Location is wonderful - away from big crowds and big development, but a short bike ride to restaurants and activities. The condo was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. The private beach was uncrowded with pristine white sand and gorgeous turquoise water. Five mature, yet active women loved it and hope to return for next year’s “girls trip.”

Heath & Mary’s beachfront location was perfect for our little family. We visited with 3 adults and 2 children and the space was more than accommodating for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, cookware and more. The beds were very comfortable and great quality. The balconies offered an amazing view of the ocean. There were also plenty of activities within just a short drive for our family to enjoy. We certainly plan to book with Heath and Mary again in the future.

This property was absolutely exceptional! It was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with all the starter supplies we might need during our stay. The layout and design of the home were beautiful and functional, making it a relaxing and enjoyable space to unwind. The host was outstanding—communication was top-notch from start to finish. We had all the information we needed well in advance, including check-in/check-out details and even when the trash was scheduled to run. Everything was smooth and well-organized. The location was ideal—close enough to Seaside, Alys Beach, and even Pensacola for easy access, but far enough away to avoid traffic and noise. It was the peaceful retreat we were looking for. The bikes provided were in excellent condition and made exploring the area even more fun. I would hands down stay here again and would absolutely book with this host in the future. If I could give this stay 10 stars, I would! Highly, highly recommend!

This townhouse was the perfect place for my beach vacation. The area was very walkable, as well as the place comes with bikes which made going to shops and the beach even easier, and felt like I was experiencing the beachy esthetic. Everything was in impeccable condition; from the kitchen, furniture, and bathrooms. Ali, the host, was super friendly, and was quick to respond with any questions I had. She made the check in/check out as smooth as possible. The pool and tennis courts were super clean and easily accessible. The beach chairs and toys that are provided were in great condition, and made going to the beach even more enjoyable. Cannot say enough good things about this place, if you are looking for a relaxing place to stay in the 30A area with everything you could possibly need and more then BOOK THIS PLACE! ☀️🏝️

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! The home provided everything we needed, and the location was perfect for us but also an easy drive to Panama City or Destin. We loved using the bikes and golf cart, and the beach was gorgeous! Stevie answered all of our questions promptly. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone seeking a relaxing vacation!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this Airbnb in 30A! Traveling with a toddler can be tricky, but the host made it so much easier by thoughtfully including toys, kids’ dishes, a child bike attachment, and even a car seat for the golf cart—such nice touches that made our trip so much easier and enjoyable. The place was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the area. Highly recommend for families looking for a stress-free getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at Salt & Sand! The location was central, neighborhood was peaceful and also walking distance to the big chill and restaurants in the area. The townhome was well kept and had all the basics that we needed. Highly recommend this place to stay for families!

This was our second stay in this beautiful townhouse. There were 9 of us and we were very comfortable. The entire house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Ali was very responsive and amazing to work with. We will definitely be staying again!

Jillian’s space was perfect. The location to the beach was the best we’ve ever experienced. My family & I are used to staying at high rise condos, due to a family emergency we had to cancel our reservation & go a week later that planned, which led us to booking very last minute. At the time of booking our options were limited & we were super disappointed that it wasn’t going to be a condo right on the beach like we were used too, but after staying here we are already planning when to return next year. We were able to park right in front of Jillian’s townhouse, which meant no fighting for parking spots or elevator waits. Groceries were so much easier unloading just being able to walk right into the kitchen versus dragging to an elevator then into a room. It was a very very short walk to the beach. Her space also has beach supplies included for use, the less things to fit into the car the better. The space was very clean & decorated/furnished very nicely. Great great place & host!!

The perfect stay for our family of 9! We had four littles with us and I can’t imagine a better stay that close to the beach. We’re already planning our next trip back! Highly recommend!

This place was amazing. It was decorated perfectly. Every floor had a refrigerator so you didn’t have to go to the top floor for cold drinks. Ashley responded immediately when we had a question. We brought our own beach chairs, but the ones she had were great. We will definitely be booking with her again!

The place was great, just as described in the photos. Everything went well with our stay. Chris is very proactive. We loved the guest guide, it was helpful.

Great host, very impressed by the cleanliness. Spacious home, smells like a model home appreciate this small touch. Bed was comfortable. Toiletries like the body wash and shampoo could be better quality, a little watery but not bad, large sized bottles were provided which was a plus. Laundry machines were clean, fridge was spotless. Very comfortable and well executed interior design. You can tell Georgina really cares even with the small touches like good quality toilet paper, paper towels, and large variety of spices. Would stay here again hands down!
