Absolutely nice place to stay. The balcony was absolutely amazing. I will be rebooking some time in the future.

We had a wonderful time staying here! The view from the patio was spectacular and it was the perfect location to stay on 30A. We got the best of both worlds with the beach and pool at the condo and then the town right next door. Clean house. Comfortable beds. Would stay here again!

This is the cutest little condo. It's very well-decorated, and it was very clean when we arrived. We loved being able to walk right off the patio to get to the beach. We loved having breakfast on the patio every morning. All of the appliances worked, and I had everything I needed to cook. We could hear the people above us in the mornings, but they weren't too loud. I had to contact Brett once, and he responded very quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

Such a great location, quiet, family friendly area of 30a and right on the beach. We enjoyed coffee each morning on the balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The condo was clean and cozy and the beds were comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful, relaxing week!

This was our second time staying here and we will be back again! Kemp is a great host, very helpful and ALWAYS responds quickly. Beautiful place with lots of room. Very clean and the view is amazing of the beach and ocean! Walkable to lots of shopping at adorable boutique stores and restaurants.

This was the perfect place for our family! Super clean and nicely renovated, easy beach access, beautiful view, lots of little touches that made it the perfect stay! We will be back!

CC’s By the Sea is a beautiful beach condo full of necessities making guests feel right at home. The decor is beautiful and the view from the balcony is stunning! We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo to others. Panama City Beach was a lot of fun and we plan to return one day.

This is my second time here and each time I leave I’m always so grateful for this little cozy Airbnb! Top notch hosts who are always quick to respond. The airbnb has everything you need PLUS beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to make the walk to the beach a breeze which is SO kind of the hosts to have for their guests. Carillon is one of my favorite places to visit in FL. Everything you need is right there and a publix and aldi are only 2 minutes away. They have a spa at the resort and adorable shops and restaurants. We love lake powell pizza, the little beach cafe and salty bottle and brew. The beach walkover is only a 5 minute walk through the Carillon neighborhood and all of the pools are top notch. I love the cleanliness of Carillon and this airbnb. The lake view is beautiful from the balcony. The Airbnb is so clean and they give you everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. You won’t regret booking this one!! Top Notch. We loved our stay! The pool was so nice. The tram was amazing, but be aware that although it runs 9 AM - 6 PM, it stops picking up from the beach at 5:30 PM. Thankfully the walk is not far at all! The beach chairs and umbrella and backpack cooler were perfect for us since we were flying down. We will definitely stay again!

Gorgeous property just steps from the beach! Very responsive host who allowed us to stay last minute and check in early. All the beach accessories you could need! The lovely deck overlooking the ocean was fabulous. Wish we would’ve booked this place sooner!

Jeff was a fabulous host and very communicative! We were getting in early to the area and found his beautiful space last minute and were able to book without any issue! We traveled with our 2 pups and they loved the space as well! The specific dog area on the property was very helpful and the “dog beach” in Panama City was within walking distance for our pups to enjoy the sand as well! Thank you so much for having us and we would definitely stay here again!

The condo was remodeled beautifully! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything looked brand new. Very easy access to the beach, and the attendants were great! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with since day 1 of making the reservation, and the check-in/out procedures were very clear. Two adults and 4 young adults stayed in the condo and we never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Peaceful Waters in Baytowne Wharf. The view off the balcony made you feel like you were in a forest, it was peaceful. Eric had great recommendations for local beaches, easy directions to use the facilities on site, and a closet full of items one would need to enjoy the beach! Easy parking, easy to walk to stores, restaurants, and the marina.

My family & I loved our stay. Having easy & close access to the beach was so great & I loved that Carrie had umbrellas, towels, chairs, toys & even a cooler for us to use during our stay. Having a beach cart would be nice but we did ok without one. The area is quiet & although there was construction right next to us, it was not a disturbance during our stay. If we make it back to PCB I would love to stay with Carrie again.

I must start by saying that our stay was very pleasant. The host was also very friendly and responded quickly to all my questions. The apartment is very well located. The beach is right across the street, very close and easily accessible. The apartment is very well equipped and laid out. I loved the clean smell upon entering, so I give it a 10/10. I just want to highlight two things: there is no elevator (something we already knew because the host clarified it before booking), so avoid bringing too much stuff to avoid overwhelming yourself. The building is quite old, and the ground floor wasn't very clean. However, as for the apartment itself, we really liked it. My family and I enjoyed it during our beach vacation. I also want to thank the hosts for allowing pets; it's definitely a plus.

Perfect location, my kids enjoyed. Build is huge but elevator time was not a problem. One of my best stays at airbandb. Thank you for the host for allow me enter one hour earlier after a long drive

Beautiful views and very comfortable condo. Beds were super comfortable and seating was nice. It was nice to have beach towels provided and plenty of bath towels. We really enjoyed our stay and would rent again. Only minor complaints: the pots and pans were in bad shape, we weren’t warned ahead that the ice maker was not working ( supposed to be fixed soon), and the pool lights from the building next door shine brightly all night.

Dora was extremely communicative & responsive. The place was even more beautiful than in the photos. We go to Santa Rosa annually & Dora’s place will be at the top of our list! The only downside was parking was a true nightmare, not sure if other units provide additional parking passes or visitors don’t abide by the rules. However, this was listed in the listing, so it doesn’t take away from the 5 star review! Wonderful location.

This condo was EXACTLY what we needed and hoped for, for our girls week end! It was in a gated community with security guards that were visible during the days. The pool was amazing and having “Crabby Steve’s” between the pool and beach, was so nice to be able to get food and drinks and use the restrooms without going back upstairs to the room. The walkability of this community is very convenient for stays and the restaurant quality is super for casual suppers. I had a massage at the Vivo Spa and walked down and back. It was so nice to not have to get the car out and find a parking spot. We felt like it was a good price because we didn’t have several amenities at this location that we weren’t utilizing yet paying for. We will definitely be back!!!

This location on The Gulf of Mexico is one of the best locations I’ve found, and I’ve been to many. The steps may look daunting, but they are easily manageable-and I’m 82 years old. Having a bathroom attached to each bedroom is also great! All in all, we could not have asked for anything more-unless we had gotten it at half price!!!

We had the best stay here for our anniversary and baby moon! The location was ideal for anyone who wants to spend time at the beach and in beautiful Blue Mountain. The walk to the beach was as close as can be - just a matter of walking down the stairs of the building and the stairs to the sand! Another plus was the ease of parking and how walkable numerous restaurants were from the Airbnb. We didn’t even have to rent beach chairs and an umbrella thanks to the equipment in the unit! The balcony was perfect for relaxing after the beach and enjoying a cup of coffee and breakfast. Staying at this unit grants access to a private stretch of beach that was spacious, beautiful, and never very crowded - even on a holiday weekend! Grace was great at communicating and had the place prepared perfectly for us. We can’t wait to stay here again!

My family and I came for 5 days and we had a wonderful stay at Jason’s. The place was extremely clean & well stocked for the essentials. My toddler enjoyed looking out the balcony daily at the boats and planes that passed by. This place was beautiful. Any questions or concerns I had they immediately replied to my messages. If I’m ever back in Santa Rosa I will be staying here again!
