Trícia's house in Iguaba is wonderful! Very cozy, clean and well-equipped. The bedspreads were clean and smelled good, which made all the difference. The tips she gave us were super helpful, and my kids loved the layout of the house! My family and I enjoyed it very much and we will certainly return more often, thank you for your attention and affection.

First time we rented with Valmir, my family and I were very pleased with the attention provided, from first contact to get some information, to check out , excellent host! The housekeeper Gilberto was also at his disposal and very helpful. In relation to the house, it is simply wonderful! Starting with the garden and orchard, beautiful and well cared for, everything we need to replenish the energy. The house very well cared for, spacious and clean. Very well-equipped kitchen, barbecue with all the necessary utensils, clean swimming pool. It was an excellent weekend, a pity that was over. It has exceeded our expectations and for sure, we will return more often.

Hosting was just great! The house was super clean and well taken care of, with everything we needed: toilet paper, soap, pots, plates, cutlery, microwave, blender... nothing was missing! It really exceeded my expectations. The house is so much better than what it looks on the pictures. It has a large garage that fits up to 3 cars, a super nice front porch and a backyard with a barbecue, perfect for enjoying with the family. The hosts, Rubens and his daughter Fernanda, were very attentive and flexible. Lovely people, they made us feel super comfortable! I will definitely come back and recommend it with my eyes closed!

The house is wonderful, spacious, super clean and organized. The location is perfect close to the lagoon, shops, market, bakery and pharmacy. The hostess Lydianne is a 1000!! Very friendly and attentive, answers all questions quickly! We love our stay in the city, we will return more often for sure.

Dona Maria and her husband are great people,super polite,very attentive, difficult even to describe how wonderful they are, the kitnet is in a super quiet neighborhood, the space of too much privacy and too calm to rest and escape from the bustle. The lagoon very close to water norms ,I recommend with a closed eye,exceeded my expectations ,the space is simple but very cozy. I loved it.

Great for couples with children! Safe and with various entertainment options. Apto mto bom and super recommend. The only point that can improve are bedding (towels and sheets) that are reasonable. The landlord is polite, kind and nice to talk to.

Close to shops, downtown Iguaba, pharmacies and all the amenities the place offers. We intend to return at least twice a year. Excellent location. Very welcoming and attentive host. Great stay! SUPER RECOMMEND!!! A beautiful, well-equipped and organized chalet. Facing the lagoon, just steps from the beach and close to Arubinha with buggy rides. Market next door and restaurants nearby. It was incredible days!
