A wonderful and cozy house, in a quiet condominium. João Carlos was extremely responsive, waited for us to arrive, showed us the whole house and made us very comfortable. The house has all the necessary infrastructure. We'll definitely be back more often. The whole family loved it. 😃

The house is the same as the listing, Gabriela welcomed us and showed us the whole house, she even gave us a toast. Very spacious house, my whole family fit comfortably. The guy went to clean the pool every day very early. Clean bed linen and bath towels were provided. We'll definitely be back!

Wonderful house! exceeded expectation. all clean and organized. My family and I were well accommodated and enjoyed the spaces of the house well. The house is quite big. The pool area and the yard are great, the balconies huge. All the same in the photos. Great gourmet area. I request Friendly Host, always paying attention to us when we needed it. It was super worth it! I would recommend it.

A hidden paradise. The location of the house is strategic, getting very close to the main beaches of the lakes region. The home itself is very comfortable, with a yard foot in the lagoon of crystal clear, warm and fishy waters, a spectacle. Quiet and safe place (amazing as it sounds). The house needs some repairs which the Flávio informed promptly that it will perform shortly after our accommodation. We love the site and will be back for sure!

The house is excellent! It has everything you need for good lodging! They were very pleasant days and our puppy loved the grass space to run at will. The location is great and by car is very close to the center and the lagoon The only thing that bothered me a little was the camera in the pool area, which takes away the privacy a little, but I understand that it is a matter of security. Deixo is a suggestion to put a mosquito net on the windows, since the region has many mosquitoes. I intend to return more often with my family and I highly recommend the space.

The house is just like the pictures! The reception was wonderful, welcoming! Mr. Francisco and his wife received us with great sympathy, we received guidance on the location, tips on commerce and the city. The house was spotless, all very clean! Home location is great! It exceeded expectations! Very well equiped house, great for resting and enjoying with the family!

I would like to thank Suzane immensely, Leonardo for the welcome and this made all the difference in our stay to spend the New Year's Eve. The house is in a very safe place, gated condominium, where in the surroundings there is all necessary commerce, including large supermarkets and 24-HOUR UPA and pharmacies. The house is very large and spacious, has two bathrooms, 3 bedrooms , with a very large living room and kitchen. In addition there is a very pleasant garden in the front of the house and space to park the vehicle if necessary . My family and I were very happy in these 5 days. I highly recommend

I was with my family at Casa Azul da Adalgisa and Clodoaldo, the house is comfortable and clean, the hosts are friendly, attentive, thoughtful and hospitable, the house is close to Posto Tigrão and very close to Lagoa de Iguaba and to go on foot to the commerce, shops, supermarkets etc. It was very hot and we really enjoyed the house's pool, the pool is a great size for children. We'll be back as soon as we can.

Dona Maria and her husband are great people,super polite,very attentive, difficult even to describe how wonderful they are, the kitnet is in a super quiet neighborhood, the space of too much privacy and too calm to rest and escape from the bustle. The lagoon very close to water norms ,I recommend with a closed eye,exceeded my expectations ,the space is simple but very cozy. I loved it.
