The house is the same as the ad, Gabriela received us and showed us the whole house, she still gave us a toast. Very spacious house, fit my whole family comfortably. The boy went every day very early to clean the pool. Clean bedding and bath towels are available. We will definitely return!

The house is exactly like in the pictures! The reception was wonderful, welcoming! Mr. Francisco and his wife received us with great sympathy, we received guidance on the location, tips on commerce and the city. The house was spotless, all very clean! Home location is great! It exceeded expectations! Very well equiped house, great for resting and enjoying with the family!

The house is very good, everything is brand new and the host very attentive Mr. Paulo… as we are in the summer there was only one air conditioning missing, but the host would already be prioritizing briefly…I highly recommend it, I hope to return soon!

Hosting was just great! The house was super clean and well taken care of, with everything we needed: toilet paper, soap, pots, plates, cutlery, microwave, blender... nothing was missing! It really exceeded my expectations. The house is so much better than what it looks on the pictures. It has a large garage that fits up to 3 cars, a super nice front porch and a backyard with a barbecue, perfect for enjoying with the family. The hosts, Rubens and his daughter Fernanda, were very attentive and flexible. Lovely people, they made us feel super comfortable! I will definitely come back and recommend it with my eyes closed!

Wonderful house! exceeded expectation. all clean and organized. My family and I were well accommodated and enjoyed the spaces of the house well. The house is quite big. The pool area and the yard are great, the balconies huge. All the same in the photos. Great gourmet area. I request Friendly Host, always paying attention to us when we needed it. Everything perfect and like the photos!!! We were greeted by Andrea's daughter, who advised us on the space and use of the amenities of the listing. It was a pity that I had a health problem in the family, and I returned quickly to my city and could not enjoy the last day. The pool was very clean and sunbathing all day. Note: For the hottest: the room is currently air-conditioned (11/4/25). I think because of some difficulty with electricity stability in the property. But there's a fan in every room!

Leandro was very nice releasing the check-in at 11 pm , as we had a problem on arrival in the city, and he still took the key on the spot!! Great apartment, spectacular location, all right according to the listing, I'll be back again!!!

Trícia's house in Iguaba is wonderful! Very cozy, clean and well-equipped. The bedspreads were clean and smelled good, which made all the difference. The tips she gave us were super helpful, and my kids loved the layout of the house! My family and I enjoyed it very much and we will certainly return more often, thank you for your attention and affection.

First time we rented with Valmir, my family and I were very pleased with the attention provided, from first contact to get some information, to check out , excellent host! The housekeeper Gilberto was also at his disposal and very helpful. In relation to the house, it is simply wonderful! Starting with the garden and orchard, beautiful and well cared for, everything we need to replenish the energy. The house very well cared for, spacious and clean. Very well-equipped kitchen, barbecue with all the necessary utensils, clean swimming pool. It was an excellent weekend, a pity that was over. It has exceeded our expectations and for sure, we will return more often.

The House is very Good , the Condominium very good insurance and with interesting leisure alternatives. The House is as described in the listing But it needs some adjustments ( Maintenance) , Internet only works well in the room , other rooms are very precarious and in the Annex No Exists! Very attentive property ( Maury) there was no shortage of water , this also due to the economy we made . Overall is a Great Place to rest . If you need to come back , I would like to come back!

Jorge and Juliana's house is wonderful, we were 7 people, 5 adults and 2 children, there was absolutely nothing missing. - Pros: in person the house is much more than what appears in the listing. very large house, giant bed, king size bed, bathroom is not lacking, there is 4 giving privacy to everyone. the Master Suite is a spectacle with a wonderful hydro. hot water in every room of the house, including the kitchen. There's lemongrass and Herb Cidreira to make tea at night. As the whole period rained, we asked for instruction and used the bathtub to relax a little. Dona Maria José, Juliana's mother, a love of person. Close to everything. Walking arrives in the center of Iguaba. - Contra: zero will to come home. We'll be back soon. Our second stay at Dona Jussara and Seu Jorge's place. The hosts are very friendly and polite. House is just as it shows in the pictures, very wide and airy. The leisure area, with the pool and barbecue, is great and the house has a very large backyard for those who want to bring their pet.
