The group will have easy access to everything you need in this place with a great location. Next to beaches, kiosks, bus station, bakery, market, bars, pharmacy, gas station and the famous point of the tiger with live music. Near the beach of Ubás, classified as a blue flag and a new waterfront point. It is close to the cities of Cabo Frio, Arraial do Cabo and Búzios. Great location to take advantage of the entire lakes region. I am flexible about check-in, just let me know.

The house is simple but there is no lack of charm and coziness, an excellent space to enjoy special moments with family and friends. It has a nice balcony where there is a breeze coming from the Lagoon and behind a small space with a barbecue and a delicious shower to cool off. It has an excellent location for having access to Lagoa on foot and for being a very quiet street. It has kitchen utensils available and a smart TV in the living room. We do not accept PETS.
