The apartment is gorgeous, well decorated with two smartvs and several amenities. Arrival instructions are clear. The condominium is excellent, with a beautiful pool. The porter is helpful and nice. It was a great experience for my family.

We love to spend the holidays in this apartment, with an amazing view! It is located in a quieter area of Cabo Frio. The very clean and organized place, with a kitchen equipped with everything you need. The very helpful hosts, before and during the stay. We only have to thank for the wonderful times we have had. And we definitely recommend the site.

Great stay, it met our expectations, as in the listing, everything working. Paulo left everything right for check-in and check-out, it was very quick and quiet. The apartment was very clean, air running in every room. We very much like it, all practical to use in the kitchen, and well organized, we intend to return soon. Note 10 for me.

The accommodation was clean and organized, had everything we needed including liquid soap in the bathroom sinks, detergent and sponge for crockery and clothes. The bedding we requested were neatly clean and smelling. The apartment served my family of 4 very well. The condo is on the edge of the lagoon and is very large and beautiful. We will certainly return at a next opportunity.

The stay was amazing! The location is a great plus: the neighborhood is safe, quiet and close to several tourist attractions. We were able to explore the city on foot, without the need for transportation, which made everything more practical and enjoyable. The property is exactly as shown in the photos, super comfortable and well maintained. But what really made a difference for us was the flexibility in check-in! This helped us a lot, because we were able to arrive calmly, without haste or worries. In addition, communication was quick and efficient, clearing up all our doubts on the spot. I highly recommend this accommodation for those looking for comfort, practicality and a great location. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was amazing, the place, the service, the building security people were very attentive to any questions. We felt very comfortable and at ease. We quickly felt right at home, everything works well and the host was a real treat. She responded to any questions super fast and very kindly. Gabriel welcomed us very warmly, the apartment is very cozy. We were given full support and were shown several places and tours to go, if we have the opportunity we will certainly return.

The place is identical to the photos of the listing, in good location, close to the boarding of the taxi boat, we almost did not use the car which was good, as the traffic in the city during the holiday was very intense. We were greeted very kindly by Patrícia who showed us the apartment and gave some instructions about the condominium. The appliances were very useful and we had no problems during the stay. I recommend and would be back for sure.

The house is huge, it is in front of the Pontal beach, and has a terrace with a wonderful view, it is exactly as shown in the photos, with 3 floors and 5 bedrooms, it served my group of 20 people very well, the pool area with the barbecue is spacious and wonderful, we enjoyed the shower very much, the children especially, we had a wonderful time. We didn't know the beach of Pontal and we were amazed, the beach is super quiet, especially at the end of it, which is very close to the house, there is a trail on the rocks that leads to a wonderful view, there is a lagoon also called the red lagoon that the children enjoyed very much. Abigail is a very kind, flexible and proactive host, we had some unforeseen events in the house but she and the caretaker were readily available and resolved everything. We plan to return soon, we love our stay! I highly recommend it!

Thamila's house is spectacular, beautiful, well-equipped, everything is tidy, clean and with up-to-date maintenance, impeccable... we didn't want for anything. The rooms are very comfortable, the kitchen has everything new and with all appliances, the outdoor area is beautiful and the pool is wonderful and cleaned every day. The perfect location, near the lagoon... which is beautiful with wonderful sun and a very well-kept condominium, quiet, safe, with very polite staff. Thamila is very polite, always responding and helping us with everything... thank you for hosting us in your home, it was an unforgettable stay... it was hard to leave We'll be back for sure

I loved my stay! The house is even more beautiful in person, the pool is wonderful, the beds in the rooms are great and super comfortable. The beach is super close, I think it's about 30 meters from the house gate to there. The place is super quiet. I recommend and would be back for sure.

Second time we rented, it was me, my husband, my mother, my mother's dog and my furry son. Great, quiet, safe house (has watches that prowl by bike at night), good bedrooms, 2 pillows for each guest, very good bedding with elastic sheets and another on top, great microfiber blankets, great bath towels that wipe well, nice face towel, large room with fan, very good appliances, stove, large refrigerator, great new airfryer, plenty of pots and utensils, electric coffeemaker, in short, we feel at home. We arrived late at night and the keys were at the concierge that was great, the gate with remote control and I LOVED O RECADINHO COM BOMBOM that they left to welcome us. The dogs were good at home! I highly recommend this place! Only one tip is to take repellent by being close to the lagoon but nothing to hinder the stay! Super polite and solicitous hosts. We answered promptly when it was necessary! ☺️

We had wonderful days in this paradise. The space served us perfectly , the beach is wonderful and the house is new and it was very clean, but the high point is cook D. Luzia, which person illuminated with perfect astral and empathy for the environment, and also cooks wonderfully well, did not take any effort to please us. I'll be back for sure!! Thank you

My experience was amazing! The Apartment is impeccable, the decor is beautiful, the location is excellent! All exactly as in the pictures. The AP has everything you'll need for your stay. The amphitryons are very solicitous, there is a book indicating the beaches and places to visit, you can go to the big beach and there are also good restaurants with a very brief walk. Loved it!

the space was perfectly neat and according to the photos, the condominium is very familiar and great for bringing children. I recommend who is, take food or eat in the city because the restaurant does not have so many options and the price is a little salty. The host is excellent, always responds fast, and is always sending several recommendations on what to do in the city for leisure and food. Voltaria another chance ❤️
