We loved this charming condo. The amenities were as described and we were comfortable. The neighborhood seemed charming. and was quiet and easy to navigate. We spent most of our time in New York - this location is close to the city and transportation was never a problem.

Para empezar, el departamento es hermoso, limpio y espacioso, la ubicación es muy buena, barrio tranquilo y transporte público que te lleva a Manhattan directo. Mignon es muy cordial, respetuosa y preocupada por sus huéspedes, estando siempre a disposición cuando uno la necesita. I absolutely loved Elio’s place! ♥️🌹 Very modern, quaint, private and comfortable. The kitchen is so functional and beautiful and EVERYTHING is above standard grade. Love the area. Just stunning!! Plenty of food options! Couple of things just to be mindful of. The apartment is located on the third floor so if you need a mobile accommodation of some sort, it may not be available as there are no elevators. The water takes a little long to heat up but will get hot after while, just bathe in a reasonable amount time or it will begin to get cold again. Not a huge drawback though. Check-out is at 11 am. I requested an extension to noon and never received a response. ☹️ Otherwise this place is a gem 💎 that I will visit again and again and again. ♥️

My family and I were back up north for the holidays and Suzanne's place was exactly what we were looking for. Great location - her residence is quiet and peaceful area, but very close walk to Washington St and all the restaurants and amenities that Hoboken has to offer. Also, very spacious apartment. More than enough room for my wife and I and our two young children. Suzanne was an accommodating host and quite responsive. Very lovely home and we would gladly stay there again.

Richard is a great host, flexible, responsive, and proactive. The apartment is well-located for visiting New York, just a 10-minute walk from Newport Station. It's also a great place for gatherings, thanks to its spacious living room. Just two things for guests to keep in mind: - While there are plenty of parking spots on the street, the limit is two hours. For longer stays, you'll need to use a private parking facility. - The pull-out bed in the living room is somewhat uncomfortable. Overall, it's a great place to stay when visiting New York. We highly recommend it!

een fijn verblijf voor onze 5 daagse trip naar New York. Vaak met bus 123 gegaan naar het busstation in New York, vanuit daar verder. Het huis was schoon en goed onderhouden. Badkamer is iets minder maar dat kan misschien ook omdat de rest zo goed was. Zelfs gebruik gemaakt was was- en droog machine, was top. Met uber naar het vliegveld geregeld is super goed gegaan

Heba was a great host with a beautiful home. Very clean, welcoming, and spacious. Bonus- All the tile selections were gorgeous! Our families fit comfortably in the home during our stay and we enjoyed our time.

Our family of 6 stayed at Venky’s place for 5 nights and everything was great! The home is very close to NYC and is only one stop from Manhattan. Venky was extremely responsive and helpful for any questions or needs. The cereal provided was perfect for our young children to have a snack in the AM before heading out for the day. I would absolutely recommend Venky’s place for families or for anyone looking to stay away from the chaos of Manhattan but also close enough to get there in about 15 minutes.

We enjoyed our stay! It was incredibly clean which is soo important! They added extra touches like coffee pods, shower gel, shampoo, extra TP and paper towels! The linens were luxurious! Beds super comfy! We enjoyed the grill one night but ate at two of the restaurants they recommended! Easy access to NYC, Ellis Island, and the Statue of Liberty. It was a nice retreat from the hustle of the city to come back to! I would highly recommend!

We had a really nice stay in Jersey City. The apartment was clean and looked exactly like in the picture. The apartment was close to the HBLr station which connects to New York City. The hosts were super friendly and replied really fast. The only thing we were missing was a full set of plates and bowls for 8 people.

I had a quick one-night stay at Benjamin's place. It was a very comfortable space. The living room was warm and inviting. The kitchen was large and well-stocked. The bed was quite comfy. Overall, it was a great place to stay--wish I'd had another day to enjoy the apartment.

Ken's apartment is tastefully decorated with very good quality fittings and appliances. It is perfectly located to explore Manhattan. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Ric and Úna

We had a great stay! The unit is a perfect size for a couple and has been recently updated. We were comfortable and felt right at home. Perfect for access to the PATH and everything Hoboken has to offer!

The Airbnb was simple and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out, though, was the location—absolutely unbeatable. Perfect for exploring the area!

Our stay at The Home Away was nothing short of fantastic. On arrival, we had the pleasure of meeting Ricardo, who gave us a bunch of local recommendations as well as how to get into the city, etc. Our hosts were wonderful and really made us feel welcome as it was our first time visiting New York. The apartment itself is amazing, very clean and spacious, with some of the best views of the New York skyline you're likely to find. The area felt very peaceful and safe, far enough out of the hustle and bustle of the city while still feeling very connected to it. The location was incredibly convenient; the bus stop just outside the apartment has very frequent services that get you into Manhattan in less than 15 minutes. There is also a ferry port within walking distance that runs over to Manhattan every 20 minutes. There were plenty of shops and restaurants around the apartment, so you don't need to venture too far. Overall, our stay was 10/10 and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in NYC.

Everything just as advertised, this place is right next to a a train station. The SM team is very responsive. Just some quick constructive feedback, I do wish the bed was a bit more comfortable. But enjoyed the stay and would visit again.

What a great and beautiful accommodation, spotlessly clean and super comfortable, very good beds, quality towels and bath products Very nice neighborhood, lots of trees along the streets (gorgeous blossoms in April during our visit), groceries and various local restaurants nearby, easy and quick transfer to Manhattan with PATH or ferry and a magnificent view from Hoboken pier, especially at night. Very nice and helpful people everywhere. Laurie is a great, helpful and caring host.
