My daughter and I recently stayed with Lynnette and Alan. The home was gorgeous and felt very warm and inviting. This was our first time visiting New York area and we felt very safe and comfortable. They provided detailed instruction regarding the home, nearby attractions, and transportation. They always responded quickly. They were friendly and met/exceeded any expectations we had. We loved it! Would 10 out of 10 recommend!!

Great placement, beautiful view from the room and Michelle has been very helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the shower only had either burning hot or ice cold water half of the time which we could not successfully figure out even though Michelle sent instructions. Thank you for the awesome hosting!

We have just arrived back in Ireland after an amazing stay in Diane's beautiful home in Hoboken. If we could give more than 5stars we would. The accomodation was a home from home, so cozy, welcoming, spotless and so central to all the amenities in hoboken and had a spectacular view of the city's skyline from our bedroom window. We used the local 126 bus which was at the end of our street everyday into the city. Diane had left a folder with information on all the local amenities, restaurants etc which was so helpful when trying to decide where to eat. She was also a very responsive host whenever we had any questions. We will most definitely return in the future.

Spacious Apt Steps From NYC, Free Street Parking

I can’t recommend this place enough! Everything written in the reviews is true—and even more. We were looking for a place close to NYC with safe parking so we could explore freely. Veronica’s parking option was amazing—we found a spot right in front of the apartment, and since there was no street cleaning during our stay, the car didn’t move for 4 days and we were completely at ease. Washington Street is just a 2-minute walk away, full of great restaurants and coffee spots. The PATH train and ferry are about a 15-minute walk—super convenient. The apartment is wonderful! Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable for six of us (ages 5 to 70!), great water pressure in the shower, fun games for the kids, and a lovely little backyard. We had four perfect days in a warm, welcoming space that truly felt like home. Thank you, Veronica—we’ll be back and recommending it to our friends!

It wasn't my first stay in New York, but for a first in New Jersey I really enjoyed it. Manhattan is very easily accessible, in 20 minutes, very frequent buses and the view of the skyline is magical. Near the accommodation you can find all amenities, making the stay even more convenient. Finally, as far as the apartment and its owner are concerned, everything was as described. The accommodation is clean, functional, pleasant bedding, Paola left a particularly practical guide on site to facilitate and enhance the stay. I can only recommend the host and their accommodation and will not hesitate to talk about it around me or return during a future stay.

I absolutely loved Elio’s place! ♥️🌹 Very modern, quaint, private and comfortable. The kitchen is so functional and beautiful and EVERYTHING is above standard grade. Love the area. Just stunning!! Plenty of food options! Couple of things just to be mindful of. The apartment is located on the third floor so if you need a mobile accommodation of some sort, it may not be available as there are no elevators. The water takes a little long to heat up but will get hot after while, just bathe in a reasonable amount time or it will begin to get cold again. Not a huge drawback though. Check-out is at 11 am. I requested an extension to noon and never received a response. ☹️ Otherwise this place is a gem 💎 that I will visit again and again and again. ♥️

This was my second time booking Michael's place for my folks while visiting and even after many years, didn't disappoint! Michael's is a super responsive and super friendly host, the place was spotless, comfy and well equipped as I remember it. The location is unbeatable as you are just steps away from the 126 bus stop to get in the city and walking distance to everywhere else in Hoboken. Will definitely recommend Michael's place and will book it again!

We stayed at this little place right where Chinatown meets the entrance to Little Italy, which was a perfect location for our one night in New York City! Amazing Osso Bucco, and fabulous Aperol spritzes everywhere, with a little park nearby to walk to with our toddler ! This lovely little space (with an elevator!!) was an excellent place to escape the bustle on the streets below. It worked great for our little family.

Jack was an excellent host. As someone who primarily travels by vehicle, I recognize that parking is the biggest pain when visiting big cities. Having parking at this property was very valuable. We had a great time in Union City, at Dana's studio. Despite the cold, the studio was always well heated. The kitchen elements work very well and there was always hot water. The neighborhood is very quiet and we could walk our dog without problems or even take her out to go to the bathroom at 1 am, without feeling unsafe. Bus stops are very close and you can get to Manhattan in 20 minutes. Totally recommended!

Great host, very helpful on instructions to get to on the bus. Flexible check out as our flight was later in the evening. Great location as was outside of the city but the bus journey was fast and we went past the manhattan skyline along the way. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful place, with stunning views of the manhattan skyline. Away from the noise and crowds, yet it is very easy (and cheap) to get to midtown with the buses that run frequently. I was visiting NYC with my elderly parents, and they were very comfortable (as were my wife and myself). Highly recommended!

This was our second time staying at Mike’s - his place feels just like home! Super clean, well-equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom & spacious. Mike is very prompt, friendly and helpful - helped us out immediately when one of our suitcases combination lock jammed. The location is serene & minutes away from NYC.
