Great location! This is a cozy, petite room ideal for a solo adult traveler (couple w/xtra guest fee) seeking a safe, clean, and comfortable space to spend the night. This is a centrally-located home only 6 miles from Times Square. The perfect budget-friendly room to explore NYC and surrounding attractions! A private small attic room without cleaning fee

This small room is only about 10 by 8 feet on the third floor with shared small bath room with another room.There is almost no space to move around. Ductless AC provides cold air. I promise I change sheets, pillow cases and towels every time. If you are picky of space , please go around. I don’t want to upset you and then give me a bad review. Again，this room is always fully booked.Mattress is from Costco too. 15 minutes away from Newark airport. 30 minutes away from downtown NY.

Liberty State Park and Liberty Science Center are close by... Jersey City is close to NYC for sightseeing, and also has a great deal of quality eating and arts and culture right here in town! Cozy studio, 30 mins to manhattan

Welcome to your home! This is a studio without a full kitchen, with shared hallway entrance with your hosts. You will otherwise have full privacy. From the dining table, you'll see a partial view of lower manhattan. We also have fiber internet, tea and a TV with Netflix and Prime You'll get to pay very reasonable prices with quick access to manhattan. Just take the red or orange line from PATH which is 12 mins walk away.

Dear Airbnb Searchers, We offer self check-in. But ideally I will be here to let you in. Street parking is pretty easy to find. (I provide visitor permits for $10/day). A visitor permit is needed Mon. - Fri. from 10am - 5pm. On Thursdays you shouldn't park on our side, there will be street cleaning. No permit needed on weekends/holidays.
